i think it is a bug and they're not fixing it so i think its an intentional bug to create an overflow of rare cards to decrease the value and make some players which are piling up 100s/1000s of packs to use some of their packs to trade and be opened and thereby releasing some data space from their servers.
let's face it,what's the point of stacking packs just in order to get more packs.
jmho though
I doubt that it's intentional. They probably just didn't get the logic right, now that an Ace Spec could take the place of the reverse holo. Maybe they did catch it in testing, but decided to go ahead and release it rather than cause more anger by yet another delay, especially since most of us won't complain having the error in our favor for once :thumb:
Here is how the logic should be:
a) Randomly determine whether card type is a common/uncommon/rare/holo-rare OR Ace Spec card.
b) Randomly determine whether card type is either a rare, holo-rare, full-art, regular EX, or secret rare.
Cards 1-5 = Random common not already given.
Cards 6-8 = Random uncommon not already given.
Card 9 = Random card of type a.
Card 10 = Random card of type b.
How it seems to be:
a) Randomly determine whether card type is either a rare, holo-rare, full-art, regular EX, secret rare, or Ace Spec.
Cards 1-5 = Random common not already given.
Cards 6-8 = Random uncommon not already given.
Card 9 = Random card of type a.
Card 10 = Random card of type a.
I just hope that I don't log in later after a fix, and find that all my "reverse-holo" EXes, full-arts, Ace Specs, and secret rares have magically changed into regular reverse-holo cards. I don't expect at all that they would do that. I can't imagine the uproar that would cause.
