Box Ratios changed?

Can I claim unluckiest person in here?

1 ex in the whole box, not even Full Art - Terrakion ex.
Stranger still not a single Gothita

Recorded it so may upload whether i feel like it or not.

First box I've opened since Triumphant and I'm extremely disappointed.

Yeah, if this increased variance for boxes is something that sticks around for future sets, I'm done buying boxes. It's ridiculous to be stuck with 1 EX when people are pulling FIVE AND a shiny in one box.

I second this, all of you brag about pulling 3- 6/7 ex's and shiny pokemon and don't even think about those who got 0 - 2. How would you like to spend 90+ dollars and not get any of the EX's :(

What happen to making cards ' more available pokemon? By making it a complete lottery how many ex's you get? Thanks a lot!

If you were buying a case you would have gotten near or above the standard 2 EX/1 FA per box ratio with the entire case. Its just the ratios per box are all over, but the cases are still pretty standard.

You act like this is a good thing? THIS IS BAD! Most people don't buy cases other then stores!

Found out that from the same case, another of my friends only got 1 ex in the box.

This is ridiculous.

I have a feeling each case is different. From what I've gathered you can get 1-6 EXs per box as well as chance at a shiny...

For those who got none, you got like 5 garchomp that is $75 already.

My box was somewhat disappointing.

Mew ex FA
Mew ex
Rayquaza ex FA

Not bad, but.......

1 Hydreigon
1 Altaria
1x Garchomp
1x Emolga
0x Sigilyph
:frown:

2 GRPD
3 WFLM

It's not like they ever really GUARANTEED what you'd get right? They're fully in their rights to tweak rarities and distributions...

The thing is, It's printed on the packs I believe that 1 in every 18 packs is a EX and 1 in 36 packs is a full art EX.

If you buy a box, those ratios should always be in the box. There's no excuse for these pull rates.

I was simply stating that because he was buying a case, in which the ratio would more than likely even out to what previous sets had. I had two boxes out of my 4 where I only pulled 2 EXs so Im not HAPPY about it, but I did pull 2 Ray Shinys in the other two boxes so it lessened my anger a bit.

That's not true from what friends and I have seen. Two of my friends both bought cases. They got in total 13 Ex's/SR

While my case had 24 EX's/SR.

You may have better odd's of evening out with a case, but it sure isn't a sure thing.

Wish this was applied, I didn't even get any good holos apart from 1 Hydreigon and 1 Garchomp

I got a good box, 3 EX 2 FA, but hearing about these ratios is scary. If Pokemon is doing this on purpose. It's a bad bushiness decision. It's going to scare off a lot of people who would normaly buy a box. I know that I for one will not buy a box of the next set if these ratios don't change. The gamble isn't worth it.

Opened up a box today. Crazy stuff.

Mew EX
Mew EX FA
Registeel EX FA
Terrakion EX
Shiny Ray

2x Garbodor
3x Hydreigon
1x Garchomp
3x Altaria

Two boxes today-

Xx Miscuts and Corner inconsistencies

Box 1-
x2 Regular Registeel EX
x1 Terrakion EX FA
Box 2-
x1 Regular Terrakion EX
x1 Regular Rayquaza EX
x1 Shiny Rayquaza

2 Chomps, 2 Garbador, but just one Hydregion -_-. Pulled well though for sure.

What on the packs says thats in a box. Those numbers probably refer to the entire print run not individual box.

I got

1x Mew EX FA
1x Mew EX
1x Giratina EX
1x Ho-oh EX
1x Krookodile shiny

And my holos I got one of each except Ninetales and Aggron.

prty gewd

1 FA - Registeel
1 EXs - Terrakion
0 Altaria
5 Hydreigon
0 Garchomp
4 of every trainer except Devolution Spray (2 only)

I have bought a box ever since PLATINUM and I have never had a box like this. I am NOT HAPPY about this AT ALL. I bought the box so I did not have to gamble other then what card the EX's were which is perfectly fine, but Now people are pulling 0 - 6 EX's ?! Not only did I just get 2EX's I got the same EXACT EX's that 2 other boxes at my local store. Same EX, Same Full Art, only 2 EX's. It's probably worse for those spending 90$ on their box and not getting a single EX. If this is something pokemon is trying out, I am one UNSATISFIED customer.

I was quoting this...
5 Hydreigon is $50 + Terrakion is $75 all together...
So I mean it is still profitable?

2 FAs (Giratina EX and Terrakion EX)
2 EXs (Mew EX and another Giratina)

4 Blend WFLM
3 Blend GRPD

4-4-2 Hydreigon
4-3-1 Garchomp

4+ of every trainer.

I was pretty okay with my box, yeah. 0 Altaria kind of stung, though.
