Yes, anyone can vote. Also, could next time when you send in your entries and you want to use smilies in your card, please disable smilies before posting(You can still use them, they'll show up as text. Helps with copy+paste and limiting errors on my part, like a missed smilie in contestant A's entry.

I would vote for Porygon-z because most cards don't have proper wording for pokémon powers. An example is that I haven't seen any sentences like "This power stops working if [insert pokemon] is affected by any special condiions. This had to be on Torterra and Serperior. I like the synergy with the power and the second attack of Porgyon-z but the first attack could use some proper wording like:

During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Porygon-z is reduced by 20 (after applying weakness and resistance). During your next turn, Porygon-z's Power Adapter is 70.

Please, read the first post. The part in BOLD and that is underlined. The power stops working with special conditions is not required anymore, even with real cards. Also, I am assuming that means Porygon Z for best? Please clarify and choose a contestant, not card. Finally,
If you are going to do it this way, I'm going to require the voting to be done by PM. People posting whose card they think is the worst publicly is a fantastic way for this to spiral into a disaster extremely quickly.

Just going to note, gardena's gratitude or whatever is pretty much broken. Imagine you have 2 smeargle out, and they have a seeker in their hand. GG. just wanted to point that out,

Until the 21st, unless it speeds up.
