Sorry I didn't get a chance to post this. Anyway,
Contestant A 1 positive, 1 negative
Contestant B 2 positive, 1 negative
Contestant C 1 negative

Passes? If no one uses them, this next round will be the last.

Lost World. How I love and hate this card. It made a new win condition, a new style of deck. It turned people fearing the Lostgar apocolypse away. It gave another reason to buy Call of Legends. It made some cards from that same set obsolete. Right now, there are two or three cards that could actually use this card, Gengar Prime being an obvious example.

Round: Final
Deadline: 4/4/2011 @ 12:00:00 AM
# of Cards in Entry: 2-3
Card type(s): 1 Pokemon, 1 Trainer/Supporter/Stadium/Energy, and an optional 1 card of any sort
Guidelines for round: This round, make cards based around the Lost Zone, placing cards in, taking cards out, use of the number of cards in it to modify an effect, et cetera.

While I probably should just PM this, I wanted to mention that I will submit my entries late tonight, but they'll be in on time. I found this round very challenging because... this is like the same as the last round of Kayle's contest. XD In other words, I already used my best ideas. That being said, I think I might have some interesting ideas...

I didn't realize Kayle's contest had been locked. Could I adapt an idea I had for it for this one? It won't be the exact same cards I submitted, but the one idea I had that I really, really liked and... that I don't believe ever saw the light of day since Kayle didn't get around to posting the entries. >.>

Also, do our submissions need to combo? I've had pretty weak combos for my cards so far, but my entries, as they stand right now, don't combo at all.

Name: Liepard
Type:
:dark:
Stage:
1 (Evolves from Purrloin)
HP:
70
Weakness:
:fighting: x 2
Resistance:
:psychic: -20
Retreat Cost:
0 (Free)

Illustration:
Liepard is just barely visible in the shade of the plant growth, creeping along as it stalks something off screen.

:ppowr:
Fade to Black
If Liepard would be Knocked Out by damage from your opponent's attack, you may remove a Special Energy card that provides :dark: Energy attached to Liepard and put it in the Lost Zone. If you do, Liepard is not Knocked Out and its remaining HP becomes 10 instead. This Power can’t be used while Liepard is affected by a Special Condition.

:dark: Stealth Attack 20+
If Liepard was not your Active Pokémon when this turn began, this attack does another 30 points of damage.

:dark::colorless::colorless: Black Mail 100-
Before taking damage, your opponent may choose to put as many cards from the top of his or her deck into the Lost Zone as he or she wishes. Draw a card and reduce the damage done by this attack by 20 for each card put in the Lost Zone in this way (before applying Weakness or Resistance).

Lore:
Liepard are known for their cunning and ability to vanish into the abyss of the night.

Name: Team Plasma's Last Resort
Type:
Supporter

Illustration:
We see a variety of Team Plasma members in a lab. Some injured looking Pokemon are being sent one by one to the Lost Zone while "new recruits" arrive.

Text:
You can play only one Supporter each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Send your Pokémon in play with the lowest remaining Hit Points, and all cards attached to it, to the Lost Zone and draw a card. If it was a Basic Pokémon, draw another card. If it was a Stage 1 Pokémon, draw two more cards. If it was a Stage 2 Pokémon, draw three more cards.

Name:
Labyrinth Crystal
Type:
Trainer
Sub-Type:
Pokémon Tool

Illustration:
We see a dark, purple crystal hung on a chain being draped around the neck of a Weavile. The Trainer doing it is has a strange appearance: a pale bishounen with platinum blonde, 80's style hair, mascara, and a cape. This is not a subtle homage or in joke.

Text: Attach to Labyrinth Crystal 1 of your Pokémon that doesn’t already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked out, discard this card.

As long as the Pokémon Labyrinth Crystal is attached to is Active, cards that would be sent to the discard pile are sent to the Lost Zone instead (including Pokémon that are Knocked Out).

Maybe my voting idea did not work out so well. Eh, there's always next time.
