Ninetales is a better draw card in certain situations. I like discarding a fire for three cards, particularly with Great Typhlosion. That's basically draw power plus an extra energy per turn.

I personally think youre running too thick of a Charizard line... especially if youre planning on throwing in those Blazikens... 4 Charmander, 1 Charmeleon, 3 Charizard line is what i would run. Then a 2-1-2 of Blaziken. This opens a few spaces for extra Quick Balls/Other trainers/1-2 more energy

And I also think that 4 Call Energy is a little much in a deck so heavy into Fire Energy. Id personally cut it down to 2-3 for more Fire

I never liked the prospect of having a basic with no evolution to evolve into (ie a 4-1-3 line). As for the call energy, they are essential to getting my bench going for Charizard's PBody. I run 2 NM to ensure the fire energy are available when necessary. The only downside on the calls is that I miss out on doing early T1 damage if I had a candy and Zard. On another note, I was just reading your sneasel unlimited and loved it!

Alright thats all up to you :)

And thanks so much about my Sneasel deck

I don't mean to sound rejecting, I was just explaining why I was hesitant. I will try playing around with what you suggested though!

While this idea is very solid, a dp dusknoir tech is not uncommon and will give you a hard time. Great article, good list. I'll be sure to try this.

Palkia G wrecks this deck no mater what you do: it's power ( on the lv.x ) limits you to 3 bench making you max your fire formation damage at +20 if you wish to keep a claydol ( which makes charizard a weak card compared to kingdra/machamp), the early game power locking slows you down and often they end up better set up than you, and you can only 2 hit them unless you use zards 80 which takes a few turns to get going while they do 80 for 2 and spread which 2 hits any zard (with or without expert belt) . if you play ssu stark really helps. You could also run1 department store girl to make it easier to hit the expert belts.

Well I hope it would be pretty obvious that any water matchup is no good for this deck...let a lone one that wrecks bench space. With that said, it is not game over if you see Palkia G, as Mewtwo is there for a reason and he can 1 shot Palkia. Charizard with 2 fire benched and 1 claydol (fits within the parameters of Palkia G's power) allows him to OHKO non lv x, expert belt can OHKO Lv X. Sure it is not in your favor, wrecks, I do not know. I do like the SSU and depart. store girl ideas!

True it is certianly not an auto-loss.

This deck does have good matchups across the board. Great idea, great article. I don't mean to be a critice.

Kingdra with belt would murder this. I like zard, but I wouldn't play it knowing that Kingdra does 110 for one energy + 20 to a bench...

I liek the Deck, I built a Charizard Deck Similar to this. But Spiritomb Kept Getting me When i had more Trainers so i tryed Moving it to more supporters. even though it was just as fast the set up was considerably weaker. Spirtomb will Hurt ALOT. Which is why i run a 4-3-4 Charizard thus allowing me to draw into them Easier.
Seriously though Spiritomb will hurt ALOT. Especially if they start Turn 1.
