My first cards for this set... Also my first fake cards.

Ever Grande City
Trainer Card(Stadium)
You may only play this card from your hand if there are 8 different cards in play with Badge in their names. During either player's turn, they may search their deck for an Energy card and attach it to one of their Pokemon in play with Sidney's, Phoebe's, Glacia's, or Drake's in their names. They shuffle their deck afterwards.

Irrational Fear
Trainer Card
Discard a (D) Energy from one of your pokémons with Sidney in its name and discard a card from your hand or this trainer does nothing. Until the end of turn, all pokémon have Weakness: (D).

Phoebe's Secret TM
Trainer Card (Techincal Machine)
You can only attach this card to a Pokémon with Phoebe in its name. That pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard this card.

Expert Nightmare (P)(P)(P)(C): For the next 4 turns, before any of your opponent's coin flips, you may flip two coins. If either of them is heads, you choose the result of your opponent's coin flip.

Cold Heart Energy
Special Energy Card
You can only attach this card to a Pokémon with Glacia in its name.
Cold Heart Energy provides (C) energy. Whenever the pokémon this energy is attached to attacks, flip two coins. If both are heads, the Defending pokémon is now Paralyzed.

Dragon Wings
Trainer Card (Pokémon Tool)
You can only attach this card to a Pokémon with Drake in its name.
Once per turn, you may flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of attacks, energies, trainers, Poké-Bodies or Poké-powers, including damage, done to the pokémon this card is attached to. If the coin flip was heads, your turn ends now.

That's it for now. Please comment, as i'm not sure if the grammar is correct or if the cards aren't broken or too weak (specially Ever Grande City and the Expert Nightmare attack). EDIT: Completely altered Ever Grande City. If you think that it is too much powerful, try making a deck with it. You'll notice that it's almost impossible to play... Weakened Irrational Fear a little, too. Thanks for the fix, shiftrymaster68! I just had to remove the "once" word and make the card shuffle the correct deck to be perfect! And thanks for the compliment, too.

I made it a little bit more powerful and clear. Those were great for your first cards!

This time i'm trying to create pokémon; a much harder task than trainers/energies. So now lots of errors are possible...

Before i start, though... IMO, Carrington388's cards keep with his idea for Winona (the down badge Poké-body) and Pelliper had a quite original attack (Just use the "squared" word, instead of repeating the sentence). Besides, it is hard to be original when creating so much cards (check my list).

Harden ,Help, norman! and Concentrate look a bit broken. I based tyrogue's attack on brawly's gym, and twin stare was based on the fact that wynaut has two pair of eyes. Friend Power seems weak, but it may be just me. However, i'm almost sure that harsh training is utterly broken (turn 2 Glacia's Jynx with 4 energy and full Hp? that seems quite broken for me), but for now i'm leaving it as it is.

Other comments and fixes will be appreciated (if not necessary!). I'll stop for now, but the ideas still plague my mind, so expect more from me!

EDIT: Made all retreat costs at least (C). I was reading the first post and found out that no basic pokémon may have a free retreat. Sorry! Norman's Eevee is now out.

I didn't bother quoting things I wasn't going to address. Just some friendly questions/concerns.

The wording for Touch seems awkward. How about "If Flannery's Slugma has any (R) Energy attached, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned."

Is Dimlight Punch for 2-on-2? I ask as that seems to be the only way for it's effect to matter. Well, maybe Meteor Falls if that card applies to Pokemon with owner's in their names (I don't remember, and don't have time to check). Otherwise, Benching or Evolving should "erase" that affect as it almost always does with other Pokemon effects of that nature. If this is not the case, you may want to add a clause about that.

Wattson's Jolt seems a bit too complicated. The new Pre-Evo Pokemon appear to need their attack's to only cost a single Energy, but basically we have Double Bubble here with clutter. Double Bubble normally costs (WC), but is two flips with 10 x the number of heads, and paralyzing if there is at least one head, but with no other restrictions. DOuble Bubble was first seen on Sandstorm Marril. I would recommend making the attack more like Thunderwave from the GBA games. How about two flips, Paralysis if either is heads, for (L). Wattson's Wave mayhaps?

Concentrate seems a bit overpowered and complicated for Pre-Evo Pokemon... and I am out of time for now...

I'm keeping Touch worded as it is for the sake of metronomers (they almost never copy energy costs, so they can't make Touch a burn move; but if only needed to have a (R) energy attached, a multi would do the job).

Editing Dimlight Punch right away. It should do fine now.

Hmm... I'll mantain Wattson Jolt as it is; i like complicated attacks. And yes, it was based in Marill SS's Double Bubble. However, you gave me a good idea for a good eletrical attack. I'll use it as soon as i do another (L) pokémon.

Weakening Concentrate right away (not much, actually. If it isnt enought, just warn me).

Thanks Otaku! It's a sad thing you hadn't time to analyze the attacks that i think that are most broken...

Archonn: The way it is worded right now, anything that provides Fire Energy would suffice.

Try this: "If Flannery's Slugma has any Basic :fire: Energy cards attached, flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned."

I think this is what its wording should be...

(L) Wattson Jolt(10x)
Flip 2 coins. If both are heads, this attack does 10 times the number of Pokemon with Wattson its name in play. If 1 is heads, this attack does 10 damage and the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed. If both are tails, this attack does nothing(not even damage). Either way, Wattson's Elekid can't attack during your next turn.

Wattson's Magnemite (L) 50HP
Pokebody: Magnet Pull
If Wattson's Magnemite is your active pokemon, and the defending pokemon is a (M) pokemon,
the defending pokemon can't be benched.(Even by effects of attacks, poke powers and bodies
and trainers)

(L) Overcharge 30
Flip a coin, if heads, Wattson's Magnemite does 10 damage to it self.

W:(F) R: RC:(C)

Wattson's Mageton (L) 70HP

the defending pokemon can't be benched.(Even by effects of attacks, poke powers and bodies
