Darkrai TRU Event

Do you need the National Dex to get Darkrai? I have both versions, but I just got Diamond and I'm still working through it.
 
Darkrai is going to be given just like the TRU Manaphy. If you go to a TRU that is participating in it, there should be a poster much like the one about the TRU Manaphy that explains what you have to do. And it is almost if not exactly like the TRU Manaphy with the delivery guy in the Poke Mart. I've also already seen the TRU ad.

Sorry, couldn't resist. "I broke into a safe with sophisticated tools" versus "I broke into a safe by stethoscope". Still breaking into the safe, aren't you?

Yep. Just saying cloning and your definition of "hacking" are on the same level to me. I'm not even sure if people are using the term "hacking" properly. Typically, "hacking" implies the player has an unfair advantage over other players, through manipulation of the game's coding, such as WonderTombing. Cloning through an AR in this instance gives people the same advantage as people would have through GTS glitching or trade glitching: a cloned Pokemon.

Now, I'm not going to justify people who cheat without using an AR, so, returning to the main point: the way most people who can't get to the event will most likely receive cloned Darkrai, should they so desperately want one.

....dude, I DON'T HACK. I don't use AR, Gameskark, ect, or any game-altering device. Cloning is different from hacking, besides, you can't get anything that you didn't already have by cloning. I don't know why everyone thinks I hack. I'm not just some noob.

Didn't say you did anything of the second sentence, or were a noob. Also, I hate to burst your bubble, but... AR cloning works the same way as GTS cloning. You don't get anything you didn't already have. It's basically the Emerald glitch. I'll leave you to your opinions.
