I'm sorry, you're right. I think because I have excel installed, that even when I use the xlviewer, I can access the drop down lists, and such.

It's quite a big download . . . around 106MB . . . so only broadband-friendly. But, it's compatible with microsoft office products. I have tested it, and it does open the deckmaker properly with all the dropdown lists, typing in the name, saving, etc..
i originally thought to do it in word, because i had downloaded your word file. But as i got into it, It seemed that excel was more logical, because of the counters, and mostly, the other worksheets which allowed you to click through to card pictures, and, well, I couldn't figure out how to do drop down lists in word.
oh, and btw, maybe 100% like official pokemon decklists is setting the goal too high. let's say 98%.
