Hello, newer to Pokémon TCG so here is my question. I looked thru all Gardevoir posts I could find(all seemed older that I seen) but had no luck, so here goes... NOTE: not an energy question so energy cost not included.
In this deck is the following:
1. Gardevoir V HP 210
Magical shot 30
Swelling Pulse 120+
*If this Pokémon was healed during this turn, this attack does 80 more damage
2. Clefable HP 100
ABILITY Lunar Blessing
*Once "during your"(<-edit) turn, if your Actice Pokémon has any psychic energy attached, you "may" heal 20 damage from it, and it recovers from a Special Condition.
Magical Shot 80
For argument purposes Gardevior has psychic energy attached and is the Active Pokémon, with Clefable on the bench. Gardevoir also has no damage currently.
Assuming this set up, can you use the Lunar Blessing ability on Gardevoir so it is granted the Healing Buff even though it has 0 damage?
Under the Lunar Blessing description the word "may" is used, and to me that means it is not required to be done to be used... is that just me?
