Holon Phantom number of ex's and *'s per box

The ratio I noticed was about 1:5 packs. They seemed slightly less common than in Emerald.
 
At a prerelease i went to in Lagrange,IN. on 4/29/06 i saw a Mewtwo* and a Gyarados* pulled from the two packs you get after play by the same player. Yes they both came from the same box.

I think you mean that they do this so you HAVE to buy more boxes to get the cards you need. I guess the issue I have is if I have to buy more than one box, than really I can buy a lot of cards from ebay or from the Pokegym for the same money, basicly guarantying myself I get the cards I want (as long as I'm not after the *'s which are pretty expensive for each card).

With a box like UF you basicly get enough of the cards you need and can trade the cards you don't need to get the cards you want, but with Delta Species, and I think it will be the same with Holon Phantom it just seems this isn't the case.

I could be wrong, hopefully I will be otherwise I think I will be passing on a box of Holon Phantom and just pricing out the cards I'm interested in in the set.

Er, I'd still say 1:3 to 1:4. I opened half a box for judging support and out of my 18 packs got 6 Phantom Energies. The other judge who opened the other half got 5 though, so that made it 11:36, almost 1/3.

That, right there, is the new definition of mixing up packs.

If that was from the same box, I would be wanting to bash my head into a wall. There's no way you could have got all those. Especially out of 6 packs.
 
The one Pre that I had to miss...

I hate you all. That is just plain sick. 4 resaleable cards in 6 packs? That's just wrong...
 
At the Columbus OHIo Pre all that was pulled was 2 star and 4 EX's(this is not including the judge comp). It seems that the lack of EX's can hurt a set, and the way it sales. But it could be worste, it could be like in Japan, from what I hear, this set there didn't have any EX's.

i got 2*'s and 0 exs in less than one box
 
I'm 'bout to get two boxes, and im hoping at least one of them is an ERROR!!! ahhhhhhhh!
