All right, my take:

Only a couple details are inaccurate in Martin's statements. He did not put me and Steve Silvestro in charge of the room. However, he did ask for all of us to leave, and that we did. The second is that (at least from what rep13 says) Schutte's mother and Schutte sent two separate letters. Schutte's was a separate apology, which was in fact aided by Esky and Dunford. I have had two phone conversations with Schutte, and this is a reliable piece of information.

I will reaffirm the fact that Martin had no illegal substances, contrary to that aim transcript, and that he indeed had everyone leave the room. Martin collapsed and fell asleep shortly after saying that, but everyone did leave the room as he requested. Once again, there are several other people who would testify to that.

I know for a fact I kicked everyone out of my room. And you KNOW I did not offer any Alcohol to Nick or Efrain. I told you guys to jet when the girls were coming.
 
He exposes his vendetta. I guess it isn't a conspiracy at all; more like an outright campeign to do whatever it takes to get Moreno banned.

Brittany's birthdate on other public sites indicates that she is 17 and is a senior. Her various screen names have 88 in them. Let's put two and two together.
 
Well, then if Martin is TRULLY in the right, like you all say, then there will be no doubt then that he will be unbanned then right? So, why are all whining about it, if you all know for sure that this whole "mistake" will be cleared up?

2006 - 1988 = 18. Furthermore, was she a senior last year? If so, sounds like the info could be outdated. A new school year just started.

Its hard for the truth to come out when PUI has TOs tricking them into having innocent people banned. Its sad that some TOs can't respect the authority that has been given to them.
 
We'll see what Dave and Mike have to say about you letting banned players Lee Bedrouni, and Sheldon Collier play under false aliases in your tournaments. Ya know, you're little click is more shady than any of you every claimed to make me out to be. I'm glad you guys are getting exposed here because this won't stand. I am confident POP will investigate further to get the truth.
 
it doesn't matter how old she is. they just hung out, nothing more. it has nothing to do with why martin got banned. she is 18 btw. the truth is that a letter was writtin to PUI containing false claims against the national champion.
 
True, even though sites update people's ages when their birthdays come.

Nice try martin. You would have gotten me, but sad thing is all those tournies I let them play were unsanctioned, and thus never reported. Banned players are allowed to play unsanctioned events. And there's nothing wrong with letting people play in league just to play? Too bad. Too bad. Like to pull out some more lies?

Yeah, here's a lie, you're smart, and you have no way of getting caught here. I'm done for the evening. I will keep you all posted tomarrow.
 
I was with Schutte until right before he stole anything. Martin was under the influence of something, I don't know what, probably the beer. But he was running around and the other guys who were slightly drunk were chasing after him. All of them got split up for about 20 mins, including Schutte, until i found Schutte on the 7 floor wandering around with a couple other players looking for Martin. I showed Schutte and the other players where Martin ahd thrown up on the floor, twice by the elevators, once by his own room. Kewley or Efrain (I don't remember which) was sitting outside the room with Martin on the floor looking in pretty bad shape. Kewley opened the door because he had Martins card-key. We all went inside and Martin just fell asleep after ten minutes. Everyone was drinking the alcohol and having fun, except me because like I said earlier i wanted to try and make sure Schutte didn't do anything dumb. Shortly after that everyone left Martins room and went down to the pokemon room on floor 4, but not before giving Martin some "decorations". After this I was watching Schutte but went to bed because it was like 1 am and i wanted to go to bed.
I was there and not drunk Schutte and I showed up around 10 or 10:30 to see how Martin was doing. (Schuttes idea, I barely knew Martin.)

Uh-oh! Nick Bredesege, another one of the 4 people named who accounted that I gave them alcohol and drugs, just posts how I was passed out and was not even in the physical condition to do it! Man, I see the progress and I'm loving it. POP better be getting all this...

When POP Reads this, I hope they take into account that I do know that they don't like banned players going public with a case. In fact, it has a near 0% success rate. HOWEVER, I have no other way on getting all these witness accounts into one place to clear my name. It isnt possible for me to compile emails from each and every one of them. I'm not starting a campaign to stop POP's evil rain, I just want all this information together in one place. We all know POP is a good organization wich is why I'm confident we will clear my name.
 
Martin are you reading my post right? I never said that you gave them anything. But they did get beer from your room.

Thank you Lee, thats the smartest thing I have heard all night. Arguing isn't getting us anywhere. What's done is done, and more mudslinging won't ge us anywhere.
