Extremely unlikely. I've found during my early judging years that hosting events where people register before completing a deck check have greater tendencies of illegal decks plowing through, especially in the Junior divison, which thanks to our region we'll have plenty of. Registering before deck checks can cause more problems than staff really needs.

With that said, your verified deck list will be your ticket for registering. If you have time concerns on an attendance limit, then I advise you to register your deck early as opposed to scoping out the metagame. Staff should be ready to check decks the moment you walk through the A/C. :lol:

A formal announcement that we will attempt to cut off deck registration at 10:45am. You must be in line to get your deck checked to avoid a first-round loss. Please advise this to as many people as possible. It is my goal to have this event run in a timely manner without re-pairs.
 
Well, some good news! There's a strong possibility that I will be coming! Even better, I've found a few people down here that play (finally!) and are willing to take me up to Rockville. (and yes, they will be playing if we come)

Since your end registration time is said to be 11am, can't you not issue a "be in line or risk a round 1 loss" until 11am?

Well, it is forecasted that there will be lots of rain this Saturday so that may help take care of any lack of AC.

Sounds like people are bringing lots of people. I think I'm bringing 4 if I counted correctly.
 
Speaking of countdowns, lets hope this time we don't have to do one after the tournament because someone hasn't uploading the tournament info quickly.

Last time I participated in a Dream Wizards event, the results went up really quickly.

DOES ANYONE GOING TO MD REGIONALS HAVE A TIME SPACE DISTORTION I COULD BORROW?

i know its risky, giving a good card to some kid ou dont know, but i am willing to deposit all of my holos, or even all of legal cards on you, in a system where i dont get my cards back until you get yours. and im talking like a thousand cards here. i would NVER give that up.
