celio is in the decks.
 
I somewhat doubt that Celio's and Bill's are gonna be in the english set. Though the set technically don't have anything to do with the Holon Research Tower(I think), it's still possible.
 
it really doesn't matter. they probably will be in the english set, or, we are screwed trainer-wise when the format rotates. big stupid deal if they have nothing to do with the theme of the set--i fail to see how it matters AT ALL considering we get non-delta pokemon in delta species, holon phantoms, and this set. we have non-delta pokemon in those sets, so, why not non-delta trainers?
 
EX:Deoxys, EX:UF, EX:DS, got all of the reprinted cards from the half-decks so MC should get it too.

It matters to a lot more ppl than you think, especially the ones making the sets. There's non-delta PKMN in Delta Species because they're still residents of the area around Holon. And all "Delta" trainers(well, supporters) were citizens of Holon.
