I think what I did for our Team and our players should get me like " SPIRIT OF THE MONTH", forget just the game. How many players do you know would not only take 1 for the team, but ends up doing it twice.
Blizzard, tough luck. You now know why I conseded to you before we even drew a card, and when you ended up 6th in top 8, I was hoping the rogue deck would pull it out for you but the confusion and no reversal got in the way.
"JUST BELOW THE LINE" I mean Wes. This is starting to become a pattern. If the cut is 4, your 5. If the cut is 8, your nine. To bad we couldn't find one more 15+ and then we would have cut to 16 and I'd be having to come up with a new nick name. No way was I gonna take him down Trish just to get myself in. I actually thought the missing in action was a GOOD plan. From what I here there were all sorts of rumors running around.
1) stranded in the bathroom
2) started driving back early

Dwayne, EXCELLENT JOB!!! 1st class tourney by a 1st class guy. Really like the idea of the seperate rooms. Hope our paths cross again.

Hangin as we always do though made it all worth wild.
Ms. Little, we did good in Team Play. Undefeated but it started getting late so Chicken Little went to bed.
And to Russ & Wes, your cup stacking in front of Patricias room was a site to behold. I hope your already thinking of how to top it at Nationals.

Thanks. My pleasure. Thanks for looking up the Safeguard ruling. My bad in not looking it up myself when you persisted in presenting your side of the argument. The main reason I was stubborn was because of the overturned ruling of the old Articuno Crystal Body ruling. I hated how WOTC originally ruled that ALL attack effects are directed at and thru the attacked (defending) Pokemon. I was SO glad when they reversed that ruling.

Thanks again for making the sacrifice to come to CO. It's about the same distance to Dallas, StLouis, and Pheonix from CO Springs. And since UT is having their Gym on the same day as ours, I'll be picking one of those three places to go to; unless, Patricia and/or Dwayne can get something in NM. You guys coming to CO is pushing me to return the gesture.

Did I say 15 hours, I ment 10:thumb: Yeah, thats it. Only 10 hours from your house to where were hosting the Gym. Should make it a no brainer for you now as to where to go...

I've been looking at the map and tabulating the miles. About 840 to Mesa.

(840 miles / (30 miles / gallon)) * $2.50 / gallon = $70

$140 round trip. :frown:

Now, if I can get some players to split that with me....:smile:

But then again, if I win.....:clap:

Well i kinda knew already they have a set number of gyms however i figured i would ask anyway cause ya never know....and there arent any slots open.

We would love to have ya down here in sunny AZ! We have those free raffles too!!

I was there

that was a fun day. i didnt do too horrible myself. plus i got to watch my gf make it to the final 8. she did awesome that day.
