Guys, I don't think I can do this. I think I'm gonna cry. I just don't think I can handle waiting another 2 and a half weeks for this event... I just can't handle the anticipation!
Sorry, I have a question. On the website of the event it doesn't say anything about a Pokemon Regional Championship. I'm just kind of worried since I'm coming from Canada. Can anyone confirm ?
If I bring a friend, do me and my friend each get another raffle ticket?
Thanks!

8:00 AM VGC registration is for JR and SR, who will play in the morning. We will start MA registration after the first group gets going and they will start play around 2:00 PM. We're still firming up the schedule and should have it posted soon.https://www.pokemon.com/us/account/tournament_id/11-11-000086/
According to that VGC registration starts at 8am. Is this the same for all age divisions? In previous years for VGC Regionals the age divisions were done at separate times. Is this changing this year?
Also will any of the VGC matches be displayed on a TV (or any other form)? This was something I thought was really cool about VGC events but it requires special hardware that Nintendo had so I'm guessing it's probably not possible.
BDS, do you have an estimate of when VGC might end of Sunday or at least info on if there will be a top cut? We're trying to figure out travel plans from BC. x.x
Per the Pokemon website, the VCG is straight Swiss - no top cut. I don't know what BDS has planned but the VCG Regionals in Seattle last year was done at 7 PM or so.

No matches on TV this year. We can't get the hardware required, as you suspected.

Is it single eliminaton?
If I bring folks who haven't been in a big event before, do I get a ticket? ^_^

Oh, hey. Had this thought, didn't think to ask it 'till now though.
What is this called? We have already had NW Regionals 2011.
NW Regionals 2011, the second? (sounds British...)
NW Regionals 2011, Sr.? (Sounds like the CEO of some big company...)
NW Regionals 2012? (But then it's a lie...)
