Rain dance teams...So powerful, it can dent any team - So easy, it plays itself.
Personal opinion - Get in Toxicroak. Low kick, sucker punch, Fake out, Protect is the most common. It is a beast, kills alot of popular pokemon (Dialgia and Mewtwo) and as long as it is not one shot, you will be healing right back with Dry skin.
 
Yeh, I've been wanting to for a while but haven't had the chance with lots of school work and TCG Nats coming up aswell. And with the event in 3 days time, I'm not sure I really have the time to breed w/egg moves, natures etc. and EV train to level 50... :frown: And I can't trade one online atm unless I get my stupid WIFI connector to work (Keep saying some rubbish about device not recognised when I put it in - Sadface).

^ I would say the time needed would be for 8 hours including your travel time. If it is to begin at say 1pm, then be at least an hour early to get in line to register.
Travel time, stand in line time, and if you make it to the finales, should be roughly 8 hours.

It's alright, my friend was the one who needed to leave early, but he didn't come anyway. I'm glad I stuck around. 2nd place and Photo Dojo (I mean DSi) isn't bad.
 
The Birmingham VGC queue was a nightmare. Luckily I got in and got to Top 8, still annoyed about being one away from a DSi and an invite to Hawaii. Oh well, there's always next year.

You can still go to hawaii, you just have to get there somehow. And i heard that the queue was outside in the rain. That would not be cool.

The georgia VGC is saturday, is anybody besides me going?

My best friend came top 32 in Birmingham (losing to Kinneas who won), with a team of Kingdra Kyogre with a Reserve metagross and Giratina-O, who takes hits like a truck.

This is my very first VGC. I hope I won't be culled at the very first round... I've been watching and researching, so I think I won't do tooooooo bad...:thumb:

Cookie cutter rain dance - without the Hitmontop. Good choice - It does it's job, and does it well and pretty much runs itself. What are you going to do about the just as common Abomasnow? I am guessing Bullet punch metagross, but what about the weather advantage on an Abomasnow switch in?
 
Hmmm.......i don't no what i'll do against abomasnow. I won't sweat it though, my metagross knows explosion and my zapdos know drill peck.

The tournament just ended and i placed top 8 out of about 500! I might go to nationals now but probably not.
I lost to trick room in the semifinals which i will post on youtube.
If i go to nationals i'm using trick room..
