Eastern doesn't include Maryland, but it does include Virginia? Well, I guess that's okay, cuz I could go to two Regionals if everything lines up just right. =D

I hope that plan works out for ya! LOL!

i would think, just by common-sense, that southeast regionals should be held in gerogia, only becuase it is the most central of the states for the region.

I think its funny how

florida + Puerto Rico = Division
Souther Cali + Haiwai = Division
Norther cali + Alaska = Division

What are they gunna have it on a boat for the Sotuh cali people ? just sayng kinda unfair as far as distance.

That does kind of seem weird since I don't even think a single person in Puerto Rico even plays the TCG. And, the only person that we know of from Alaska is Vensaur. Once you think about it the U.S. is pretty much only heavily Pokémon friendly in a few parts. Next PUI will say that a small little island like Pheonix Island can have State Championships since it's part of the U.S.

And it does make more sense to have Southeast Regionals in Georgia since it would bring the most people since it's in the center of the southeast. Things don't always have to do with player populations. Such as when the WCSC was held in Utah instead of say California. Have the Regional in Florida and not as many people will come than if it were say in Georgia. If it ends up being in Puerto Rico then that makes as much sense as trying to put out an out of control fire with a liquid fuel like white gas.

You guys will see some information on the location for the Southeastern Regionals soon.

On a side note... Puerto Rico has had a total of nine sanctioned events, five of which were never reported to POP.

Mid-Atlantic wont be in delaware or DC, as far as i know, there is no support there :-\ Either Maryland or Va(prolly gonna be in MD at Dreamwizards). And littlepichu, isnt it Meadowlands, NJ?

As we now know, Mid-Atlantic (MD, PA, NJ, DE) = Philly, PA, and Eastern (DC, VA, NC, SC, WV) = Greensboro, NC (they rotate PTO's running these events each year, so that's one reason there isn't one in Rockville this year - must share the wealth )...

Just a minor note, you have the region names mixed up, Mid-Atlantic is MD, DE, PA, and NJ, and Eastern being DC, VA, NC, SC, WV. However, that would be great news if the Mid-Atlantic regional would be in Philly, better chance of me going =D. Plus, it's pretty close to the middle of the region, so more people could attend. I just wish some of this info was official.... ;x

When the PTOs who will be running these events start posting dates, times and locations, they can only do this when POP/PUI has approved them for this tourney. You can basically take it to the bank then about the ones on the 'Gym.

We wouldn't be posting these dates if PUI hadn't contacted us...and said go for it!
