Not sure if this has been posted already (I didn't feel like reading through 7 pages, so sue me..), but Apprentice 2 is in the works. It's only in a beta form, so there isn't a Pokemon patch for it yet. As soon as some newer builds come out, some of us from Pojo's Apprentice League will patch it. LackeyCCG looks garbage, IMO, and Appr2 will allow much easier patching, as its based on .txt files. That is all for now.
 
Because it is a beta, and we would prefer it not get out yet, I ask that nobody release the link of Apprentice 2.0 on behalf of MOTL, myself, and the rest of the Pojo ladder. Atleast not on the board. Do it on AIM or email if you want, or PM. But please dont release it publicly yet.

Apprentice 2.0 can be used on Macs as well.

Jermy, yes, MakeAppr will work on Apprentice 2.0

Only if they corrected the speed issues the early version had. APprentice games take long enough, and lacky one's were no where near as fast as apprentice.

Note: I am serious- if they've gotten the speed issue solved, please let me know. ;)

I'm pretty sure they have. I follow Lackey regularly, mostly because it's the official online TCG program for my game, and I'm pretty sure they have pretty much taken care of the speed. It's never ever been slow for me though. Maybe it's the computer you're running, or your internet connection.

No actually I may have to take over the Pokemon plugin myself, since whoever did it, doesn't seem to know that around 100% of the cards do have text, lol. He never got the card text in there, that was one of the main problems. As far as I know there isn't even an emerald patch.

A list of specs and/or features would be more helpful. Generally I like to know what it is I am going to go through the agony of trying on slow dial up. Oh, and I never got around to trying it. Couple people I trust and enough others had issues with it, so it wasn't worth the pain for me to. And when i say slow dial up, I mean slow: 28.8 kps. I know that it can be even worse for some other people, but that's slow enough to make downloading an image rich program like this pretty painful. Because someone always seems to have a smart remark when I mention this kind of thing, i'll point out quickly that my modem is 56k, but its the phone lines that are old and inadequate.

DLM, you also might want to just edit in more stuff to your old post instead of posting multiple times like that. I'd think it'd be easier.
 
The two previous versions that came out on the 19th and 20th, I beleive, didn't fix the speed problem very much- but the very latest version posted on the 21st on the second page of the forum is quite fast from my testing, although I've only been able to test it so far as a solitare game. The program is actually really nice to use when it actually goes at a decent speed.

A note for anyone who plans on actually testing it out: You have to hold the cards for just a quick 3rd of a second or so to be able to move it anywhere. Otherwise you'll find yourself struggling to be able to move anything. :p

It's also slightly complicated to download. You first have to download the program in the downloads section of the main website to get the lackey folder, then you go to the second page of the forum to get the exe file that you replace the one in the lacky folder with... After that, look in the plugins forum of the site to find the EZ Pokemon plugin.

Hey, maybe I just missed this, but the imagesetHIGH.zip doesn't work right. It says "The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted." I've d/led it a few times and it still doesn't work. Any help? I'm on a PC btw.

*edit* The medium one seems to unzip fine, testing it all now.
