garchomp does 70-metals
i hit it back for 70+possible bench wreckage

i tested this deck yesterday
it is consistant, but my opponent still destroyed me
no offence, but im not a fan

Cess. Crystal would do best in here.

T-2 K'tune isn't the deck to be played for next season because, It has too weak HP and you won't always have a double rainbow, unless u r a Cheater and Top deck it

Uh, the DRE are only to be used in an emergency, there's more than enough Grass energy to be used to power up Kricketune regularly.

I think Unown E is a good tech for this deck. +10 HP is not that bad for Kricketune:smile:

NOOO!!! It doesn't work well with a deck with only 4 basics. The chances of starting with it are high and you don't want that!

Potion > Unknown [E] (no, I am not joking)

Just a crazy idea but I wondered if there were any fossil pokemon from HP or PK out there that could fit in. My thought was to have the stage 1 and possibly stage 2 in the deck and some Holon Fossils. That way you would never have a fossil start ... ensuring the T2 Tune ... and at the same time could have a heavier hitter if you needed it.

It's already been discussed before in the thread. Fossils are not the best start necessarily, and detrimental to the overall strategy of speed. Besides, if a fossil should get KOed, that's one prize closer your opponent is to winning, and fossil Pokemon evolutions overall are hard to get out.

You misunderstood what he said. Holon Fossil is a trainer card that allows you to play fossil evolutions as basics onto your bench. This mitigate the issue of starting with fossils. I must say that it's a very creative idea; however, I don't see any of these fossil evolutions as being playable in this deck though. Also, this won't help in reducing the number of mulligans.

Holon Fossil
Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for an Omanyte, Kabuto, Aerodactyl, Aerodactyl ex, Lileep, or Anorith and put it onto your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. If tails, put an Omanyte, Kabuto, Aerodactyl, Aerodactyl ex, Lileep, or Anorith from your hand onto your Bench. Treat the new Benched Pokemon as a Basic Pokemon.

You would need to play at least two of the stage 1 fossil evo, since Holon Fossil is flppy and unpredictable. Putting more pokes into the deck is detrimental to the effects of Fast Ball! Fast Ball is very important.

for me, the jury is once again out on this deck
i dont think it will do well, but then again, i also said LBS would be a passing craze, so dont count my opinion for much

Out of curiosity, how many Absol EX do you use? That's a decent idea though, so I'll throw it on the front page under the suggested ideas part.

I hate to say it, but this deck is greatly improved with 3-4 TSD supplemented for night maintenance (more so than other lists). When you don't get the ideal setup or have a prize-a-tot it's imperative to recycle the Pokemon rapidly. Then again, that's $130-200 in cards..

TSD is overrated! People forget that it flippy! I like Night Maintenence here. Shuffle 2 tots and 1 tune into the deck. Then grab tots w/ Fan Club or left over Great Balls and grab tune with Fast Ball or Celio. This almost guarantees all 3, TSD is unpredictable.

I played against this deck, and, unless you're able to get set up, it is a monster. Stage 2's hardly have any time, if at all, to get set up, and powered up, and Stage 1's like Lucario and such simply have too little HP to survive long enough to do a considerable amount of damage. The only things that are able to beat this, with my playtesting, are Fire decks (which are becoming rarer due to Empoleon), and total disruption decks (cards like ER2 do well). Seriously, this deck may be stupid, but it is good. Don't underestimate it.
