in juniors, from what juniors i've played, this deck will go places. seniors, **** no, seniors are way to tight to play this sort of deck. masters? don't even go there.

My son went undefeated at the Memphis BR yesterday with Krikitune in Jrs. We kept the warp points in as well as two cyclone energy. Not only did it work fast but it was very disruptive to the younger players. He even defeated a pretty strong magmortar LVx/Infernape LVx deck three times despite the fire weakness. He turn 2d it in Swiss and then swarmed it twice in the finals.

San Antonio BattleRoads it went 0-4 in the masters division, once that cessation is off the field, it gets hammered if your opponent. I beat it with a Toxicroak/Crobat deck

It made top 4 at my BR. I whooped this deck SO bad with my R-Gon. It didn't stand a chance. I had a T2 Flygon ex.

No, it doesn't have anything to do w/ Cessation Crystal
I just phail at life.

lol

No, but seriously I hate this deck now. I could have gone 1-3 BUT I wasn't going to beat a Junior for like 5 points on my rating, lol, that's just cruel.
One game I got no supporters BUT if I did I prolly could have won.
The other game I just couldn't kill stupid Shieldon while she was attacking for 60 and 40 to a bench.
AND then the Junior with a starter deck had such a higher skill level than I did. Even though I got out all 4 Kricketunes fully charged I couldn't KO that Geodude, lol (seriously his Geodude killed 3 of my Krickets lol)

kricketune's really fast, but it's kinda like flariados.
you can either donk people, or you can get donked.
like, I built a list that me and my friend both ended up using at battle road.
he went 3-1 in swiss and ended up winning the whole tourney,
and I went 1-3 and bombed lol

3rd in juniors, 1st in juniors, 0-4 in masters, thank you very much.

Oh no, you are mistaken.
Yeah, I did go 0-4 (I could have gone 1-3 but I wanted to boost this one Juniors confidence)
BUT on the same note, the deck is not horrible and CAN succeed in Masters as it already has done.
It is almost 50-50 with every matchup though. If they can get setup you lose. BUT Kricketune swarm does a really good job at stopping that and beating them before they have a chance to set up too many threats.

It's still an iffy and luck-sack deck though. I mean, it almost comes down to who wins RPS w/ the Wager cause that can determine the game right there.

BUT yeah, it works in all age groups. It also phails in all age groups. You just have to have luck.

Deck is good. At Greensboro, NC, Kricketune vs Mario in T2 Masters (Leary vs Nance). Mario won 2-0, but Kricketune was excellent.

Yeah, I guess if the deck can actually get the T2 Kricketune out in play, then it has a pretty good shot at pulling off the win, at least with enough disrupting stuff to help it along the way. But if you don't get the T2, or lose to a TGW, then you will be hurting throughout the game.

Yeah, I made top 2 cut in masters at a BR today, and ended up winning with it. I played a mario in the swiss and was able to pull off the win.

KG: Mario has the advantage agst Krick, if it gets any bench going at all. Get a Champ going with revenge and you curb kick the crickets. Krick is a decent deck, but if a player T2s a Fly EX agst it, it is game over due to sand damage, etc. Of course, not too many decks can survive a candied up T2 Fly Ex

If Kricket goes first, it has immense advantage. In testing, even with mulligans, going first gave Kricket about a 2-1 edge. Of course, it helps to get energy, but I find that is hardly ever an issue.

If Kricket goes second, it is still fast, and Mario player must be able to hurry.

In testing, Kricket is about 50-50, even 60-40 against Mario.

i still see this going no furthure than a fun deck. it has no chance against a well build deck, well it shouldn't. empoleon, on of the best decks to play atm, rare cangy and scramble? is over like. and though empoleon is a stage 2, it is stupidly fast. theres also the snipe aspect, koing the bench krickets to snag quick prizes and make kicitune do less damage. it's a slow but effective process that will win this deck, even with maintenence and quick ball.

lol, like i said; 'masters, don't even go there.'
it ain't worth trying it in anything other than juniors.

like in said, juniors.
