Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

UK EX UNSEEN Tournament Dates

At present there is no conformation of a change of dates and the official website and most of the US too are expecting pre-releases from the weekend of the 13th August 2005 so don't panic just yet!

We're preceeding with the current dates unless we hear officially otherwise so Unseen they maybe but expected on the 13th they still are :D

Bournemouth EX Unseen Forces Sneak Preview 28th August

Highcliff Marriott
Bournemouth

Start 10:00
Cost £15

Max 27 players allowed for tournament.

Also several eight player modified tournaments on the day.

I'm getting a bit confused now! yeah I know nothing unusuall in that.

TPFG rang today to confirm that the 13/14th and 20/21st are the pre-release/pre-view weekends for Unseen Forces.

I don't understand why but apparently the pre-release fortnight is to be a month long in the UK.

So I can run a "pre-release" in Crawley on Saturday 3rd September. I'm going to confirm this with Jarrod just to be absolutely certain...

Slough on the 20th will not only feature the legendary Southeast Challenge lucky dip but thanks to the generousity of those folks at the Gamers Guild there will be free pokemon pics for each player (whilst stocks last .. we only got 50 so be there early to grab a pokepic for your wall :) )

Could the Slough Prereleases at BK be edited for 10 packs guaranteed, slight oversight thanks

One of the top prizes in the Slough prereleases on the 14th/28th August and 4th September includes a card signed by one of the original creators of Pokémon :thumb:

Freddy can we therefore assume that you won't be using the altered prize structure you did at the last pre-releases you ran?

Three forty player tournaments at Burger King. Wow! I didn't realise that there were so many players over there. I've just realised that even the UK Nationals didn't hit those figures.

Though the Crawley venue will happilly accomodate 80+ players, judging by the pre-registrations so far and past attendance, I'm only planning on obtaining sufficient product for a 36 player tournament. So if you want to avoid dissapointment PLEASE PRE-REGISTER. If I get enough pre-registrations then TPFG will probably let me order more than 36 players worth of product.

okay Crawley II Post release

18 players so pre-register please

saturday 3rd September.
same place as always ;p

yep, put my name down for that one ian- subject to change tho due to moving to uni around that time. *shud* be able to make it tho.

just wondering, you think there could be a mini-com style tournament early to mid august?

last two prereleases we had 2 x 32 players so yes planning for three in Slough is viable as recommended by TPFG

Freddy we're just trying to confirm your numbers as you appear to be jumping from a 19 player and 15 player event as you ran last time round (Not 2 x 36 players!) to 3 x 40 player events that plus the 36 player event at Slough on the 20th.

It means your players getting access to 156 players worth of product something that does not square with the 34 players that attended your last pre-releases??

Also can you please confirm that you will not be altering the prize support as you did last time?
