Nicely back on track pokeguru .. okay so anyone know of any we have missed here?

There must be more planned given the increase in leagues..

The other thing is put down the free Guru-ian raffle on Falkirk's 21st August prerelease...hopefully with the donation of Ben's hat if he hasn't eaten it yet. j/k :thumb:

Ben, could you make one last update with the Falkirk 14th August PR?

For those who come to league at 10am (same venue), there will be a £1 tournament - Modified Constructed - with prizes being POP 1 boosters and possibly Emerald boosters. It'll be Age-Modified Swiss..most likely 4 or 5 rounds. It'll be ending around 11.30 to 12midday, so it'll be over before the Prerelease starts.

I'm certainly going to Exeter.I was thinking about going to Slough's 4/9 PR(I turn 11 on that day)but,I dunno,
I might not,but I might come with a few friends who love Pokemon.So I might see you there!

EDIT:Oh yeah,the Exeter venue is a short walk from St David's Station.For those who live close to
Exeter.

Updated but I wonder how you'll manage 4 to 5 rounds of swiss in 2 hours max :confused:

To be perfectly honest, I don't know myself. :confused: Chalkey arranged this £1 tournament as a replacement for the league hours on this coming Sunday...I asked him how possible it'd be and he seems confident it'll be finished in time for the Unseen Forces PR to start at 12 midday. I'm guessing we'd either do 4 rounds at 30mins each and trim it fine, or 4 or 5 rounds of 20 or 25 mins each. I'm sure we'll cope.
 
I am sure you will :D Just thought it was a little tight on timing but then you guys and gals maybe playing a little faster than most of us :)

No worries. Perhaps we are a little faster. Most of the games I've played in last 5 minutes (interpret that how you wish :biggrin: ). I don't know why, but i tend to do better in tournaments where I don't use my own cards. :smile:

Anyways, best of luck to everyone playing. To the judges and TOs, hope everything goes well.

Sorry for the double post, but I have to make a disappointing announcement whilst here.

The Guru-ian raffle scheduled for the 21st prerelease for Falkirk is now cancelled. The prereleases and tournament tomorrow are; Chalkey (Gordon White) is TOing and judging those. I apologise for the inconvienience and will give you all an explaination.

At the moment, I am not at the prereleases as I'd want to be. I am currently at home having been at the hospital for 2 days. =/ The Guru is not invincible, he has appendicitis.

At this moment in time, I don't know whether I will be able to make ANY of our prereleases, let alone the 21st one, which is a shame as I really wanted to judge and take part. I'm really sorry, but the Guru-ian raffle has not been my most important thought over the past few days.

I can't wait for the PR tomorrow...
My main mission tomorrow is to get a Lugia EX. Were there any Lugia/Ho-Oh EX's pulled at your PR, Dom?
 
There were around 3 ho-oh pulled, and one lugia pulled (damn you andy) at the PR in Crawley (which Dommykins went to)
