Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Unleashed Setlist?

I think it looks freaking awesome for sealed/draft. Small enough that you'll actually get proper lines, and lots of drawing trainers.

Just saying.

A nice sealed set, but probably won't contribute very much until a number of things are rotated.

The Usaring prime would have been fun back when we had Boost Energy.
I could see the Metagross being used with the old one (maybe Miasma Valley too) for some kind of rogue sniping deck.

Looks really great for sealed if nothing else.

This set will be very important after the rotation. Rare Candy, SSU, and such staying in format will be a big deal. I also suspect that this set will eventually be a lot like DP, with some Pokemon being played at first and a few cards from it that see regular play as techs over the long haul.

This is the way the last four card are on the official list.

92. Raikou/Suicune LEGEND
93. Raikou/Suicune LEGEND
94. Suicune/Entei LEGEND
95. Suicune/Ente LEGEND

Anybody take a look at the Onix with the :pbody:? I'ma run four of those with a Leafeon (RR) and a Dawn Stadium. "So, I have 140 damage on me? Okay, attach an energy, remove 7 damage counters, use Energy Forcing, remove 7 more damage counters... attack with whatever cause I win..." :nonono:

Seriously, how can that kind of error in translation ever happen? Didn't anyone "proofread" the set? Onix can only heal itself, according to the PokeBeach translation, not any Pokemon in play.

You know, after reading 50 some odd cards with nothing interesting written on them, its no surprise they made an error. Look at DP. Like 5 interesting card, error Empoleon X and Colorless Dialga. Now we have error Onix.

Keep an eye out for those Steelix Prime's that think they can epic nom on Garchomp C!

yeah. someone pointed that out to me, and now that i look at it, does look like someone stuffed up the translation. and considering it stacks, it actually could become quite strong (maybe just not in this format though).

Not just a good list it is the correct list. And it is the complete list. Unless you count the secret rare which is not listed. How much more complete do you want it?

Some of the cards don't pull up when you click them. So I would like a complete list that is complete. =/

Now that I look at it though, some of the translations are off on Seribii, thanks for pointing that out, Rokman.

Here's a near complete list thanks to some additional information. #52 is a mystery, and even in the alphabetical Pokedex, I can't seem to find anything that would make sense.

Quite frankly, as much as I'm looking forward to the pre-releases, I can't see this set being a big game-changer.

The list in the first post is complete even if not all of the pics come up. You were asking for a complete list. I know for a fact since i have the book that comes in each of the theme decks. If you want the pictures then say so.

yeah. someone pointed that out to me, and now that i look at it, does look like someone stuffed up the translation. and considering it stacks, it actually could become quite strong (maybe just not in this format though).

As long as you risk starting with it in a format where Jumpluff is played, it won't be that huge.
Huge retreat and a pretty bad attack for a basic to have.

At least there aren't any commonly played decks that pack resistance to fighting and nobody runs cards that could pull the onix off of the bench.

I don't think the Onix is that impressive at all.
It has a pokebody that is interesting, combined with an attack and retreat cost that make it almost unplayable.
Also, you have to constantly attach your energy to damaged pokemon or else the Onix is pointless.

Just not seeing the OMG factor.

There's another thread about this, and Onix is only scary in very rare situations where you stack it and build a deck based on getting an absolutely ridiculous situation to happen, such as a Gatr Prime deck, and the problem here is, if you stack them there will be no room on your bench for any of the pokemon you actually need! Most decks eat up bench spots for techs like crazy.

This, however, will be awesome for prerelease tomorrow ;)
