Nationals Norway

I've been working with Nationals for the past 19 hours, if counting small lunch breaks. Now I'm finished sending in the 11-14 age group's TRN file, so here's a quick update. I'm extremely tired so I can't guarantee this is all right. I will reply a better reply here later, OK?

Participants: somewhere between 150 and 160. Or slightly over 160.

Winning decks:

10-
1. Daniel C - Arcanine ex/Ninetales
2. Vy L - ZapTurnDos
3. Surfe dud - Flariados
4. ??? (I should know the guys name, but I'm lost on the deck. I'm TIRED!)

11-14
1. Axel S - LBS
2. Petter - Hariyama ex
3. Mikkel L - DragTrode
4. Didrik? - MetaNite

15+
1. Fai Cheung - Dark Tyranitar/Electrode ex
2. Daddiursa - LBS
3. Willy Cun - ??? (I really should know this... but I'm half asleep, sorry! :p)
4. Evens Cheung - LBS

I'm going to fix the ones I was unsure of ASAP, and soon I'll make a full report of all the decks in top 8 in each age group. Stay tuned!

I'm trying to avoid posting too many 10- names, so I thought I might as well post his nickname (and I forgot his first name because of my sleepiness, that's the real reason).

The next few days will be spent on sorting all the decklists and pictures from the event and create an extensive report for www.pokemon.no featuring all the three winning decklists, full final ranking lists and a list of deck types for top 8 in each age category.

Actually, the 2nd place for 15+ was a Dusclops EX deck. Banette EX, i.e. yours truly, lost in the semis, so the banette deck goes 3rd.

Interestingly, none of the more well-known archetypes like LBS, Liability or Powdercham did well.

woops

15+

1st. D. Crobat
2nd Dusclops ex
3rd. Banette ex

14+
3rd would be IIRC Zach's JynxFett
'cause he lost to the 2nd place during his 2nd match

Does anyone know what happened in Denmark? I never hear anything about Danish OP, so it would be interesting if anyone knew.

Lots of Nationals this weekend, good luck to the people in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Chile, Ecuardor, Italy, and Malaysia! =D

LOL, are you actually worried you might not be able to beat Ecuador???

Well, you probably should be, seeing as how you've got a coach picking a striker without Premiership experience, a semi-fit striker, a striker who's now injured, and a striker who's more of a basketball player than a striker
