well, I guess this means I wont have to travel much to help my kids earn an invite, like I did the last time it was in Orlando. Less events and no need to buy to many cards.
Thanks for thinking of the average players POP, or whatever initials it is these days.
San Diego?
Of for goodness sake. Doesn't the East Coast deserve a little more in the way of major tournaments?
2004 Worlds - East Coast (Orlando)
2005 Nationals - Midwest
2005 Worlds - West Coast
2006 Nationals - Midwest
2006 Worlds - West Coast
2007 Nationals - Midwest
2007 Worlds - Hawaii
2008 Nationals - Midwest
2008 Worlds - East Coast (Orlando)
2009 US Nationals - Midwest
2009 Worlds - West Coast
2010 US Nationals - Midwest
2010 Worlds - Hawaii
2011 US Nationals - TBD (Midwest almost certainly)
2011 Worlds - West Coast
Yeah, I've made this same argument in the past and I'm making it again.
But only TWO out of 15 major events is not very equitable.
