Alright everyone, I'm finally posting the update. I want to thank you all for being so patient with me. Now that I am moved in and beginning to get into a routine, things should calm down and it will be easiar for me to post updates. Thanks you again for your patience, and I apologize for making you all wait so long.
The town was still rattled over the previous day and night’s events, but what happened next on the
Imperial Glory caught everyone in shock.
The Control Room was located at the tip of a short spire near the rear of the ship. It was designed so that the entire bridge crew could observe a battle and see all damage done to the ship during a fight with fighter-craft. The Control room had a lone man in it, waiting for his target that never came. His mission had failed.
The Hanger, located on the port side of the
Imperial Glory was clearly the largest room on the ship, capable of holding several squadrons of fighters, and landing craft, now only the few still usable escape vehicles survived. The Hanger, the most active area of the
Imperial Glory during the first night of madness was also oddly quiet. A lone Pokémon wandered the silent Hanger
The Mess, located directly above the Barracks, and dead center of the
Imperial Glory was a large room also had only a single inhabitant for the night. He roamed the Mess exploring how the food-o-matic worked, but otherwise bored out of his mind.
The Engine Room too was strangely quiet at least compared to the previous night. Housed in the very rear of the ship, the large, now exploded fusion core lay in ruins, still cooling down from the earlier explosion. There was however still quite a bit of action going on in the Engine Room. It started with a man meditating in the back of the Engine Room, no one knew exactly what he was doing, but it was one man’s intention to find out. He entered the Engine Room fully encompassed in a black cloak, making his identity all but invisible. He approached the meditating man, appearing to not intend harm. However he was stopped by a barrier, the same barrier that had stopped him previously before. This time however he was not the one the barrier surrounded. It was the meditating man. Realizing his mission had failed, he disappeared as quickly and silently as he appeared. A floating smile and face, the one from before faded from the shadows once the man had left in frustration. He too intended to target the meditating man. However his attempts proved as futile as the cloaked man. Despite his best efforts, the floating smile left the room as well knowing he had wasted his time. Despite this, he kept on smiling. What neither of them realized was that the source of the barrier was closer than either of them realized. There was also another man in the room. Hidden in the shadows, he saw everything and watched everyone, some in more details then others.
The Laboratory on the other hand was full of activity. A medium sized room located on the starboard side of the ship with a large viewpoint to see the stars, this was where Pokémon had been experimented on by Empire. Truly this was a terrible place that held terrible memories for many. It was about to get a lot worse. A woman waited in the shadows. She licked her lips as she anticipated her first kill on the
Imperial Glory and taking her first step in accomplishing her goal. At the same time two men waited to ambush a target that never came. Another woman held a CommLink to her face, but ended up cursing and throwing against the bulkhead before getting back to her task as hand, which involved a ventilation shaft and a camera screen. All the while a lone man stood in a corner playing with his pistol, ready to kill at a moment’s notice. None of these people had anything in common, and none of them had any intent, ill or otherwise against each other, however they were all about to fall victim to the same assault. There was a slight “hrrrrrmmmmmmmm.” It was subtle enough that most people didn’t notice it, but those who did knew exactly what it was, someone had turned off the artificial gravity. These people all floated upwards, unable to complete their tasks in the zero gravity environment. They all floated helplessly around, praying that no one would take advantage of them being literally defenseless sitting ducks. They were relived to find out none of them would be killed that night. A group of people on the other side of the laboratory however weren’t going to let a little thing like lack of gravity get in the way of their mission, they all formed a circle to keep their balance, and while spinning slowly with infinite inertia they did what they intended on doing. It was then, out of nowhere, that one of the men in the group was tackled midair by an unknown assailant. The attacker pulled out a blow-torch and proceeded to burn his victim’s body. The other men in the group managed to pull off the attacker who then fled, but not before he managed to do serious damage to his target leaving him burned
Back in the Barracks which were located in the lower center of the ship, almost half of the inhabitants of the
Imperial Glory had gathered, several of which would not be leaving it alive. It all started with a man meditating on his bed. Before meditating however he decided to use a Poke ball he had acquired the day before. In a burst of red light, an Altaria appeared. Realizing he had a great opportunity, he opted to send Altaria on a mission. However his orders were as far as he got. Within seconds, another burst of red light appeared and a Lucario came out of an unknown Pokeball. It rushed Altaria and hit it with Karate Chop. Not hurt too badly by the fighting move, Altaria retaliated with Hyper Beam. Lucario didn’t even try to dodge and simply took the attack full blast absorbing the damage and baffling the Altaria. Altaria had to land to recharge and thus made himself a target for fighting type moves. Lucario heavily damaged charged up an Aura Sphere attack that with the combined damage and added power of the Aura was twice as big is Lucario himself. He let it loose on the recharging and defenseless Altaria who took the blast so badly that he was instantly KO’d. The Poke ball that the meditating man had released Altaria in broke into several pieces. Eventually the Altaria would limp away, and no one would ever see it again. The man meditating would get an unexpected visitor during that night that would affect him to his core. The Lucario having successfully eliminated the other Pokémon, returned to his post guarding his target. He returned just in time. A man wearing a gas mask, and holding a canister of noxious fumes was charging the woman he was supposed to protect. Lucario still charged up from the Hyper Beam damage used Agility to quickly intercept the man and deal a series of blows, punched, and kicks to the man, he then grabbed the man in the gas mask’s collar and charged a small Aura Sphere in the other hand. He blasted the man and point blank range and knocked him against the metal wall, knocking out and leaving him battered and bruised. Ever the alert, the Lucario caught site of a figure swooping in from the rafters and aiming for his person he was protecting. That wasn’t going to happed. Lucario looked at the ground and spotted a rod. He used his left leg to kicked it upward and catch it in his paw. He then took aim and threw it. It spun as it closed the gap between himself and the flying target. It hit the target so hard it knocked him out on contact and made him fall from the air with a resounding thud as he hit the metal floor.
In the center of the Barraks a Pokémon stood, defiantly waiting for the Empire, who he was planning to attack tonight. The Pokémon was also being watched by someone. Knowing he was being watched, the Pokémon put his back to his stalker then blindly fired a Leech Seed that caught the man by surprise as it hit with perfect accuracy and absorbed his ability. The Leech Seed allowed the Pokémon to temporarily steal the ability of the person watching him. He promptly used it to spy on someone before returning to the same spot to face his destiny. The Empire was also in the Barraks that night and they had plans. They knew that their target awaited them. They were not afraid. Victory was inevitable. The Empire was traveling together tonight. They crossed the Barraks and came face-to-face with a green, medium sized Pokémon. A Leafeon. The Emperor was leading the attack.
“Leafeon? You evolved! I remember when you were just an Eevee, such a pity that I must now kill you. You would have made a fine test subject, maybe even a fine servant to my will.”
Leafeon said nothing, but adopted an attack position. He looked around and spied what he thought would be his best target. He quickly rolled to the left and expertly shot a Leech Seed at one of the members of the Empire. The attack hit, grafted to the target, then withered and died, disappearing into nothingness. Shocked, Leafeon realized what had happened. His target was immune to Force Abilities. Pokémon who have an inherent affinity and connection to the Force are able to use their abilities by using the Force. Leafeon had chosen the worst target possible and he was about to suffer the consequences. The Emperor smiled, he had seen the mistake, and was going to take full advantage of it. He held out his hand and let loose a stream of Force Lighting that struck Leafeon and made him convulse in pain. Screaming in agony, Leafeon realized he had one shot. He would have to absorb the killing power of the Empire. He aimed his shot, forcing his body to ignore the pain when suddenly a bolt of lighting stuck his eyes, burning them and leaving him blind. He felt the Force and launched the attack anyways. The Leech Seed went directly into the lighting. It hit Emperor Palpatine directly in the face and made him stumble and caused the onslaught of Force Lighting to stop. The power of the Dark Side coursed through Leafeon as he absorbed the Emperor’s power. He stood up, still blind, but using his other senses to see life forms around him, though he was unable to identify who was who. He saw two men who were lying on the ground. One of them was the Emperor he knew it. He let loose the uncontrolled power of the Dark Side and a massive storm of lighting energy caused the entire room to turn a shade of blue. The attack obliterated the body, and it ceased to exist. Exhausted, Leafeon collapsed. The attack had drained most of his life, and he was weak. He heard a distinctive
Snap-Hiss of a Lightsaber being thumbed to life and knew Darth Pikachu was about to end his life. He was happy to know he had killed the leader of the Empire before he passed on. Or so he thought. A haunted laugh pierced his last joyous thoughts. It was the Emperor's.
“Oh…..I’m afraid that you missed me in your attack Leafeon. You hit a poor Rebel that was most likely your comrade. You will now die as you lived. A failure.”
The Emperor chucked again, the abruptly his voice being lower, enhanced by the Force, “Kill him, kill….him….nnnnnnnow!”
Darth Pikachu brought his red Lightsaber down and ended the Leafeon’s life.
Baby Mario was dead. The Empire, their mission complete, content to having killed
Baby Mario and gotten a bonus kill from his failed retaliation fled to their respective hiding places among the ship’s rooms. Meanwhile another Pokémon watched the entire event unfold. He had wanted to help his fellow Pokemon, but knew anything he would have done would have been worthless and meant his death as well. Besides his mission was to stalk his target, whom he learned was actually a member of the Empire, the same one who had been the target of Lefeon’s failed Leech Seed attack. Somehow, despite being a Pokémon himself, he had managed to sneak past his defenses. His startling revelation showed that he was stalking a wolf. Knowing he had vital information he turned to hide until day and was faced with a large male in full body black armor. It took just ten seconds for the man in black armor to kill
Victory Bell. A man in the shadows watched saw everything, but focused hit attention else-where.
The morning came and everyone gathered in the mess to extremely grim news.
Baby Mario’s dead body was found in the Barracks.
Baby Mario - Eevee (Younger)
(Pokémon)
(Force Sensitive)
You are Eevee, a Pokémon who was captured by the Empire. The Empire wanted to figure out how evolution worked and how it connected to the Force, which all Pokémon seem to be connected to. So they captured you and preformed terrible experiments on you. Then, after days of torture and pain, when you had lost all hope, the Rebels came and attacked the ship, Imperial Glory . The power surge opened the cell doors, and you were able to escape. Now you want to help your new friends, the Rebels (town) and get revenge on those who hurt you.
ROLE: Evolve
During the first night, PM me the name of one of the following (4) items. Each item will cause you to evolve and gain you a special ability. You might also change sides in the game too. You can only choose one item, so choose carefully: Because you are the YOUNGER EEVEE, you can choose from the new evolutions. During your evolution, you will be restricted to the Control Room.
Love – Enlightenment
Darkness – Hidden in the Shadows
Moss – Leech and Mooch
Ice – Cold as Ice
Win Condition: Town Wins
You have chosen Moss.

Congratulations you have evolved into a Leafeon, master of Grass and Plants, evolution of Eevee.
You have received a new role that can be used during the Night STARTING NIGHT 2
Baby Mario: Leafeon
ROLE: Leech Seed
Once during the night, you may PM me the name of any person. You will have a 40% chance of hitting them with Leech Seed and getting to use their role for the night. You may not target the same person twice. They still get to use their role as well.
Alternatively if someone targets you with a role, you have a 60% chance of absorbing it and getting to use it.
Be warned however, that targeting people who have many different role choices may confuse you and have terrible consequences
Win Condition: Town Wins
On Leafeon’s body was a note. It read:
“The man I followed always has his Tool Kit. He knows his way around machines and appears to be working for our betterment. He appears to always be tinkering with machines and improving them, or fixing and repairing them”
Also in the Barracks the town discovered the body of
Victory Bell who had a broken neck. The Pokémon lay on the ground motionless, frozen with a surprised expression on his face.
Victory Bell - Absol (Detective)
(Pokémon)
(Force Sensitive)
You are Absol, the Omen Pokémon. They say your ability to see into the future and foresee incoming disaster connects you to The Force as all Pokémon are. The Empire wanted to see what they could learn. They took you from your home and imprisoned you on the Imperial Glory. They preformed terrible experiments on you, and all but broke your spirit. Just as you had lost all hope however, the Rebels came and attacked. They had come to rescue you. Now you want to help your new friends, and take revenge on those who hurt you.
ROLE: Foresight
Once during the night, you may PM me the name of any living Character. You will then follow that character to whatever area they visit and spy on them from the shadows. You will then learn something about that character.
Win Condition: Town Wins
Finally after a head-count it was realized that
Jason was missing. Someone pointed out that they saw
Baby Mario completely disintegrate a man lying on the ground and someone else confirmed that
Jason had been knocked unconscious by a Lucario. The town put two and two together and came to a horrifying conclusion.
Jason was dead as well.
Jason - Crazy Scientist
You are an ex-imperial scientist gone mad. After performing countless horrible experiments on Pokémon prisoners, the guilt finally got to you and you snapped. You took various chemicals and killed your fellow scientists before attempting to torch the ship. Imperial guards came to put you down, but were interrupted when the rebels attacked. This gave you enough time to sneak into the shadows….unfortunately you are still zubat-crazy. You desperately want to make amends for the crimes you committed, but also have no sanity. You are a townsperson…barely.
ROLE: Gas
You have a lot of chemicals lying around, and you really want to use them for the greater good. That is why during the night you may either PM me the name of any person or an area of the ship. If you PM me the name of a person, you will follow that person to the area they go to and role-block them with knock-out gas. Alternatively if you PM me the name of an area, then you will go to that area and view a list of half the people in that area. You will then vent your gas through the air conditioning and randomly role-block 0-3 people on that list.
0 People: 50% chance
1 person: 25% chance
2 People: 15% chance
3 People: 10% chance
ROLE 2: Maximum Power
Instead of using your ROLE: Gas you may instead power it up. If you do, PM me that you’d like to use “Maximum Power” and which area you’d like to affect. You will then vent your chemicals through that area and everyone in that area will have a possibility of being role blocked. If you do, you will be unable to use your role for three (3) nights and will be confined to the Laboratory for those three (3) nights to remake your chemicals.
Win Condition: Town Wins
The Commlink was spotted in the Mess.
ANYONE may
PM me (do not post) during the GAME DAY and ask for the Commlink. The
FIRST person I get a PM from will go to that room (area) of the ship and pick it up during the GAME NIGHT, and enjoy the benefits…or suffer the consequences of their actions.
Z-man was covered in bruises, and
Gallade was head to toe in burns. However the town had much more to worry about. Three townspeople had been killed. There were more threats than just the Empire out there. If the Rebels wanted to make it out of this alive, they would have to band together and figure out who was a threat.
Day 3 has begun
Players Remaining: 35
Votes to Lynch: 18
Day 3 Ends: Monday September 12th 2011 (this adds an extra day for Pokegym maintenance on the 5th)
Good Luck
