my favorite draw card!(I use it in all my decks) it draws a very nice amount of cards and you can get cards back like energy so it seems like you never had to discard at all 9.9/10 ( not a perfect card but really good)

it is a good draw card like tv reporter but might not work with decks that like to discard such as infernape 8/10

i would take out the prof. cosmo for tv reporter
