I hardly ever post here because I don't play the Pokemon TCG---though I'd like to, and I like reading about it---but I think these abilities are very flavorful and I like how the first and third work together. (I have no idea whether this card is good.)

Complete Modified Legal Trainer List for Sets DP-PT

Neat! All I can see so far is that "Tropical Tidal Wave" should be "Tropical Wind" and, on more pedantic notes, "Pokedex Handy910" should be "Pokedex HANDY910is" and "Time Space Distortion" should be "Time-Space Distortion" (I'm looking at the Tower scans). Also, did you want to put...

    Empoleon Deck

PokeBeach has a decklist in this article, though it was written before Secret Wonders came out. http://www.pokebeach.com/reviews/empoleon.shtml

What sets are rotating out next season?

Does anyone know what sets are rotating out next season? I'm thinking about buying some rare Diamond and Pearl cards, but I might not do so if the Diamond and Pearl set will not be legal next year at this time.

    FASTiodon

I thought you could put Fossils face-down on the table during the initial set-up, even though you couldn't play them on your first turn if you were playing first?

    The Big Bliss - 5 in 1 - Updated with Variant 5!!!

This is a newbie question, but how often does a deck with only 4 Basic Pokemon (like some of the Blissey decks above) usually have to mulligan before it gets a Basic Pokemon in its starting hand? And if you spend too long mulliganing in a tournament, do you get in trouble for stalling?

    2007-11-09 Roseanne's Research - SW 125/132

This almost completely obsoletes Energy Search, doesn't it? Plus, since it can get two basic Energy cards, it makes it a lot safer to play Pokemon that require multiple Energy of a specific type.

www.gamefaqs.com (MARIO, LINK, and PIKACHU dethroned...L-Block is champ!)

Well, it's more of a Nintendo character than any of its next-round opponents, since Nintendo did put out a version of Tetris. And the block does represent one of the most influential video games. However, since I've never been a big fan of falling-block puzzle games and do like Sonic, I'm...

Vote for Pikachu at GameFAQs today

Pikachu is up today in the GameFAQs Character Battle, and currently he's in last place (as of this writing, he has 18.82% of the vote and the leader has 29.56%). So, vote for him if you haven't yet! (The poll is on the front page: http://www.gamefaqs.com/.)

    Riolu DP Trainer Kit (Error)

Mine had that Riolu error too. Also, the card quantities in mine were completely messed up; the red flag was getting one Geodude with two Gravelers!

    Secret Wonders Scans Are Up!

Great job getting these up so fast! However, can you capitalize "lombre" (SW #54) so it shows up in its proper alphabetical order? Apparently, if it's lowercase it gets shoved to the bottom of the list.

    2007-10-23 Island Hermit- DF 076/101

Yeah, this seems below TV Reporter in general usefulness, since most of the time your hand and the top three cards of your deck will contain at least one card you won't need and will be happy to discard.

Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Trainer Kit CONTENTS

Great. I just bought one of these kits, and my decks were messed up. Most notably, my Lucario deck had only 1 Geodude and 2 Graveler (??) and was short two cards. Also, I thought I was getting a bonus Diamond and Pearl pack, and I got a Crystal Guardians pack instead. Plus, did anyone else...

MSNBC article disappointed by Pokemon Battle Revolution

Hasn't every review of this game said it's mediocre? I think that if you want to make a Pokemon game that's more about the fighting, you should make one like Fire Emblem and Advance Wars, with Pokemon and trainers walking around on a grid map and Pokemon attacking as in the standard game...

Any leagues in southern New Jersey?

Are there any stores where adults (i.e., age 18+) play the Pokemon TCG in southern New Jersey, in particular in the Gloucester/Camden County area (near Philadelphia)? Thank you.

What's mandatory for using an attack?

What's the general rule for determining what you have to be able to do in order to use an attack? For instance, Ruby & Sapphire's Blaziken (#15) has an attack for :fire::colorless:colorless:colorless called Flamethrower that reads, "Discard a :fire: Energy card attached to Blaziken.". If you...

The "Official Recent Bad Happenings in D/P" Thread

I've only recently started this game (Diamond). I beat Fire Red and Emerald pretty straightforwardly by catching only Pokemon that I wanted to make permanent members of my team---which meant that at the end my Pokedex contained full information on only six Pokemon, their earlier evolution...

    What Pokemon are you?

http://www.eonlightvalley.com/pqbayleef.php Interesting convergence---according to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue I'm a Bulbasaur.

    A Child's Thoughts on Pokemon

Do you suppose that was a team of all different evolved forms of Eevee (so one Flareon, one Vaporeon, and so on), or a team of all unevolved Eevees? If the second team, I can't see how it's much fun.

    Hello Everybody!

Hi all. I may never play the Pokemon TCG because there don't seem to be many other players of my age in my area; but I got interested in it because I play Magic: The Gathering and heard that Wizards of the Coast used to publish the Pokemon TCG. From there I got into the GBA and DS games.
