Of each one i have: galladex3(only can trade one) cessation(x1) riolu(x3) petm(sealedx1) trader(x1) Scrambles(x2) And badges i do not have complete collections..Igot many,but not complete collections.

From your wants i have: gallade,cessation,celios,riolu,lots of older trainers(pokemon trader,computer search,item finder and more),PETM(common and with professor program seal),scramble,and lots of badges(one is from 10 years ago). From your list i only need pachirisu.

Remove birch and pokedex,they are not useful,a 2-2 delcatty is nice fot this deck too.

Try with a 2-1-2 blastoise,remove stantler and put a 2-2 furret and a starter like pachirisu,or try with lapras GE too.

The energies you put on the deck depend on the metagame.The grass goes as a tech for pokemons with than weakness,holon ff may work vs gallade,but i dont think there is space on the deck.
