I've currently got an application in to start a league, and I've got a few questions if anyone could answer them. First, when starting a league, do you have to buy the badges/books and stuff like that or do they send it to you for free? as i've mentioned in another post, i'm a college student...

The chatot that everyone recommends, i'm not sure if there are even more than one, but if it is the one that allows you to draw a card, then why not use sentret? grope allows you to look at the top 2 cards of your deck and choose one to take. now, have i been misinformed, or am i correct?
