the card is undoubtly good. theres no definite counter. i have been looking to use magcargo and its ok but it just sits there with 3 retreat afterwards. unless you get a warp point/switch/balloon berry. most decks could just cut back on some cards and up the countergym factor. in ft i find...

possibly but it goes with the shiftry theme and it isnt another line. remember an important thing is the gust so i like the theme.
