Wherever you got that information, they are incorrect. You can have any number of different energies in your deck as long as your not playing more than 4 of any Special Energy. You should read through the rule book to make sure your not mistaken about anything else.

Take out the Poke Turn. The chances of you having a Poke Turn and a Crobat in play are slim unless you waste a (re)search on it. With no way to search out the Poke Turn, even more so. I would add in Uxie Lv. X and possibly Cresselia/Cresselia Lv. X.

You should be using Looker's Investigation in this deck. Not only does it allow you to see how many TSS's your opponent has in their hand but it also could be used to dump a bad draw for you or disrupt your opponent's strategy. It's a great card for this deck. I would try to find some room for...

That's a horrible line-up. 9 of the 17 Pokemon are horrible starters. With the only other SP Pokemon being Honchkrow, Power Spray isn't even viable in this deck. With all of the Unowns and Energy Gains in the deck, your going to be stuck with a lot of un-usable Tools leading to many un-usable...

If the deck revolves around Toxicroak / Mightyena you'll need atleast 2-3 :psychic: energy in the deck. Your only way to attack with them is based off of the Rainbow Energy. Which is not searchable. Atleast 2-3 :psychic: need to be added.

I would try dropping the Magnetric line for a 1-1 blissey line. It helps in many, many situations. I also allows you to discard :water: to in-turn heal Delcatty or Blastoise.
