ok, Its pretty solid but the main problem with Shiftry is its double weakness to fighting and Grass meaning that Mario can take 2 prizes for 1 energy and Torterra is pretty devastating too. I'd say to tech in a 2-1-2 Blastoise d line in place of the Roserade line and maybe 1 Dp shiftry.
