NA masters has 3012 people. PacAsia masters has 71. If invites are going to be given out on ratings it MUST be based on the comparative numbers of players in each rating zone. Even something like 1% would be fair to EVERYONE. If ratings are used next year to send people to worlds...

Ratings invites only make sense if the number is based on real POP IDs in a specific area, and not some random number PUI pulled out of a hat. There is no reason to limit invites in NA to just the top 0.27% of players.
