08 Aust. Nats Thread: Top cuts fixed.

Also, when did the swiss rounds start and end?

Leafeon and Glaceon. >D totally hawt, I'd die for them.

Swiss rounds started around 10am, ended around 5pm I think. We had an hour's lunch break.

We only had the venue booked until 6. Besides, top 16 -> another 4 rounds (16, 8, 4, 2) -> another 4 hours, plus dinner...
 
LOL our Switzerland-Nationals last year was finished at 1:30 a.m. And this year I think it will even go more into the morning.

You should do it as a 2-day event like we do this year. (why don't you? o_O)

PRINT the tournament operation procedures found here
Procedures
Highlight section 2.3.5 and show it to your TO.
It says loud and clear with 23-32 players MAX top 8.

If they proceed to do T16, you will loose the rankingpoints and most likely the WHOLE tournament becomes NOT sanctioned.
NO TO can do a bigger top cut as what is written in the procedures. And NO LD either.
It should even be impossible to do this with TOM, but nor sure about that.

There should be no "Finland" issues anymore, anywere PERIOD.
NOBODY is going to give players of any area an advantage by giving them more rounds (points) as they should have.
