Dave,

I made my post because I believe that you (PUI) are doing it the right way. I know that I would be hanging from the yardarm if you had passed immediate judgement on me (based on BK's accusations).

Everyone else needs to realize that, while everyone is entitled to express their opinion, they have to allow for a full and proper investigation to happen.


p.s. Liked the pictures. Nice goutee. When do we get OUR pizza party??? :p
 
Wow... I don't know much about anything, but I was looking over the list of DCI banned people...
What bothers me is that there are people that are banned for "assult". And not just one person... multiple people...

Dang... I don't think I could ever get into *any* kind of competition so much that I would assult someone over it...

Whew...

I know it's off topic, but how do you look at DCI's banned list?

Sorry, I misread the tone of your post, my bad.

As for the pizza party, we're going to be doing some stuff like this for everyone in the future, so just be patient!

This is an interesting group and subject. we have here........

[Gym Leader Phil]( Hiedi Craig's announcer) using 2 names

[personal name]( Hiedi Craig's score keeper and booster pack fence)

And hiedi Craig ( under another name) Starting this so called outrage.

Pat & Ron ( Hiedi's judges)

These are the same people who BK reported for stealing and cheating during the primere events. We all saw them walk away with the whole prerelease booty.
i see Phil's (male friend) at pui, who says he cannot comment on the investigation. Which never happened. Basically Phil and hiedi have been contacting everybody around BK looking to find person who will slander him. They found 2 people who he kicked out of league for stealing from little kids. Reputable thieves I am sure.

Nobody not banned has confirmed anything about bk, but we still have a corrupt Premiere T.O. stealing the free prizes and organizing this lie.

Here is one of the letters Hiedi sent to a minor in our league Which he posted on pokemoncentral at ezboards.........

She is a good actress that has a way of making people believe she is a poor victim.

Phil also has contacted one of the kids looking for info that I know very well. Nobody from pui has contacted any league member in good standing. Your whole complaint is a lie attempting to discredit the person who exposed your fraud.

Bk attracts more people to his regular Tournies than the well advertised Premiere events, and is known as the only t.o. in the state to give prizes to everybody. He is liked by all he has not exposed or banned for dishonesty. Who have gathered together on pokegym to slander our only honest t.o. and scare away the top players. You make me sick!

I've known Heidi for 5 years(longer than most people on here), and have been to numerous events she has run, and yes, even judged a few. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that she's not stealing anything. I know what you're talking about, and that prize was given to the person it was supposed to go to after the event, because there was no instructions about what to do with it until a few days afterward. If anyone is trying to slander people, it's BK. It amazes me, that after all the times he's been proven wrong, he still wants to start trouble.
 
Admin note: The next person, on either side of the discussion, that gives out someone else's personal information without their permission will get a 5 day ban.
This includes, but is not limited to, real name, any address info, and personal corresspondence.
Anyone that uses their real name online may be addresses as or referred to using that, but otherwise, keep it to screen names.

Naught Reul and Mr Bye are both very suspicious sounding names. Any TO who uses them is just asking for trouble. The TO who created them is asking for trouble. It escapes me as to why any TO would do such a thing.

If a TO has more than one POP ID then he/she should stick to just one of them. Why? Because otherwise it looks suspicious.

Suspicious behaviour is not conclusive proof of guilt but it certainly invites accusations of wrong doing. Don't complain when the accusations start to fly if you have engaged in prima face suspicious activity.

I hope that PUI has kept all parties involved informed that they are under investigation and has sought dispositions from those involved. I hope that PUI has also sought information from some of those who took part in some of the alledged false tournaments. I also hope that PUI will publish the result of their investigation. But mstly I wish that this hadn't happend :(



Tournament and league promos were being openly sold on ebay by what appears to be a UK League. This was reported to the local OP provider. Our OP provider tells us the they were instructed not to take action against this league by PUI.

The current upload of tournament results does not validate the number of players or that the TO is not also one of the players.

Lastly Libel laws do exist even in a land of free speech.
