things will be a lot different in pokemon.

Revenge Machamp is not good.
SSU was reprinted in MD.
Feraligatr is bad.
Quick Ball was reprinted in MD.
Furret is bad.
Honchcrow line is bad.
Felicitys dosen't matter cuz of Volkner.
Darkrai really is not that good.
And we always have Staraptor X, and Uxie for instead of Claydol.
 
...at the moment... the newest set with Basic Energy is DP... so it's will not be rotate out until the Energies has a new reprint

if Dp-Ge gets rotated I think
the whole snorunt thing will come into play, legal froslass no snowrunt.

Um, Wally, energies can never be rotated out....
They do not have to be reprinted.

Because it's totally unusual for decks to stop being viable when the format changes. I mean, god, cutting the format in half can't possibly alter the decks people change in any way, i mean it clearly didn't the last dozen times they did it.

I can see them sticking with Japan's format for once this time around and staying DP-On, but I'd personally prefer DP-GE to rotate out and the new format be MD-On, maintaining what should be a "correct" four set per year rotation.

I can see them sticking with Japan's format for once this time around and staying DP-On, but I'd personally prefer DP-GE to rotate out and the new format be MD-On, maintaining what should be a "correct" four set per year rotation.

They're going to have to slip up on the "Four set" rule either this year or next, since it is pretty obvious we will be in PL-on 2 seasons from now. One year would have to be 3, another would have to be 4. My guess is that this year it will be 3, and 4 the year after, for a perfect PL-on. That would be perfect, since Machamp and Unown G would be rotated in the same format.

All I know is that if DP-GE is banned, that pretty much will destroy my hubbys' Speed T-Tar deck! no claydols, no felicity's No Weavile's pretty much have to go back to a Beat down deck, and that's way too slow.
 
If they ban DP, I have one question to ask all of you:

If a tree falls in a forest, and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

The most logical rotation would be DP-SW imo because of Unown G vs. Gengar/Machamp.
