Any body have issues with Desmond god i'm so ticked he was to send me some stuff for a gengar (sf) rh, machamp and delcatty. so he sends the stuff and some of the cards are missing and he puts a note in there saying i'm sorry but i didn't have the cards you needed so i'm going to change the trade in a little note he put in te package beware of this guy

Can I back out of a trade if the person never sent their end of the cards? It's been a month now, and while I haven't sent them anything I don't want to have to just sit on these cards when they could be traded... Unfortunately I have like 3 such trades right now, so I really wanna know. Thanks.

Well tough to back out of a trade that never happened now isn't it?
If you have not received and it's been over a month, no need to back out - call the whole thing off because they never sent so they cancelled the trade. Would've been nice if they had to told you.

Awesome thanks. I sent them one last PM that said if I don't have the cards by this weekend I'll do just that. Actually, I'm thinking about doing it anyway. They haven't responded to a PM since last week...
Punyhuman07- I know, for sum reason it's gotten really bad for me too. I have 5 people that are being lame that way right now. I'm glad I sent first in only 1 of those cases. 1 guy's lied to me twice about when he sent his cards... -_-;
Anyways if I don't get the cards by this weekend I'll have all their names posated on here lol.

Decided to do the first one today. The others I've heard from in the last week.
Crazyazndog21 - The guy that lied about sending his cards. Supposedly has personal stuff going on, but when someone lies to you twice its hard to believe what they say. Ppl watch out trading w/him.

so past refs from pre- itrader days are essentially meaningless?

My Charizard AR, 2 Luxray AR, Salamence AR, Toxicroak AR, Expert Belt
for his
3 RH Call Energy
he's insisting I send first and I sent out yesterday, but I mentioned that we should send at the same time, because of his neutrals/negatives, since he's had 2 neutral/negatives in the last 12 months or w/e and he said that he would send when he recieved mine. I also mentioned that I have older Refs from 04-05 and 08-on before this whole Itrader system came around and he still insisted that I send first, which I mean it's fine, and I'm curious as to if those refs that I've accumulated (about 35ish from before the Itrader came out) pretty much mean nothing now?
I know I've already made a stupid mistake of sending out, but I do need the RH Calls to complete my RH deck for cities, (minus Lv. X's obviously) and I'm putting a lot of faith in Desmond not to mess the trade as well as send in a reasonable manner.
On another note- Brick11 has completely ignored me the last 2 weeks and i've sent 2 pms asking him if he's sent out or received with no response. It was kind of a small trade Metal Arceus for His Electric Arceus and it was trade to simply get refs up and i sent via post office, making sure that everything was cleared to go and this was about 4 weeks ago/ 10/28....... getting aggrivated with that one a bit.
