Well, that tells me that your "regular" tournaments, which are not supported by "Pokemon Organized Play" you can use all sets released but the CC`s,States, nationals, etc.,which are "highly competetive" and "supported by Pokemon Organized Play", TMvsTA may not be allowed. So,using common sense, and until I would hear that POP says that TM vs TA is allowed,I wouldn`t allow it if my CC was in March.

PUI-sponsored events certainly can have restricted formats.

Were younger players might only have a weekly allowence or what their parents can give them from time to time to buy a pack or two. I dont see a lot of players parents buying them a boxes when new sets come out anymore.

In response, I would encourage PTOs and TOs to hold side events at their CC championships held after March 15, 2004 to allow players to use the Team Magma and Team Aqua cards....
I hope this helps.......

I just got of the phone with Steve at PUI...This is official straight from Pokmon here in Redmond, Wa..The Team Magma and Team Aqua card sets will not be allowed to be used in the CC events tournaments.
I guess that answers the question.
