If you think the G pokemon is going to be a large matchup, I'd vote Aboma-less builds superior, in that an Unown G'd Dialga G is indefinite stall until they warp point, and you can just build up a Dusknoir SF1 for the Night Win.

So, what do people think about using Galactic HQ instead of miasma valley in this deck. It would help the spread, and it would power up Dusknoir SF. Or maybe using Miasma, Galactic, and Moonlight. Although drawing into the one you want would be a problem.

The self damage for spread isn't worth the loss of free retreat, especially if you run multiple Lv. Xs.

I have States coming up in a couple of days so we'll see how this deck does... IF I decide to run it. I don't know if i can rely on this deck enough to help me win states. Maybe Kingdra or the G deck? What are your thoughts?

If your still in seniors, then you definatly shouldn't. My silly rogue demolishes it, of course Kingdra doesn do much better. if you moved up in the world, then it might work if you make it a little more speed orianted. not much donk in the southern seniors.

Yeah, dude. I remember that upset you made in Top cut Seniors in Texas Regionals. That was devastating. Sadly, I'm a Master now, so your rogue deck won't get the best of me.

well then, just speed this one up and you should be set for 1/3 of the compitition. fast beats slow, but slow and steady wins the race... exept in pokemon because of
Donking! :nonono:

I think your rampardos matchup as wrong as long as they dont donk you. You basicly win as soon as you setup dialga level x, ive actually tried this matchup and it beats rampardos. Also kingdra beats this as long as you get the energy on the right kingdra.

wow im impressed i never would of thought of puting dialga g in with dusknoir but now that ive read it. it makes perfect sence./ just one question would the deck fare any worse if u some how added 2-1-2 gengar?

chetabear- I haven't updated this deck with the way I have recently changed and this deck can donk. It is very speedy.

empoleonperson- 3 Call energies usually assure one in your hand at the start. How is the matchup wrong? If they're body is shut off, they can't do anything.

lady midnight- It wouldn't do that good because there isn't any space and the deck would lose its consistency.

1-1 Dialga G X is critical here. Without it, the leafy synergistic decks become unbeatable. If you have room a 1-1 Claydol line will help speed through the slow parts of the deck. You can't fill up your bench with uxies and you may not always have a SF Dusknoir in play.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

How can you donk? Duskull (reaper) -Dusclops, attach energy Bucks training and a plus power+Dark one eye for 40, maybe 50 with weakness. Maybe against Magikarp or Unown G, but not against too much else.

Tyranitar- 35-65

You can do a lot against this matchup. They can't you Tyanitar's body after you pull Dialga G Lv.x on them. Abuse that and Damage Even everything.

HA HA HA

Wow, this doesn't take into consideration that T-Tar still plays Unown G, has your weakness, and can spread a LOT better than Dusknoir as well as OHKO it easy. Weavile turns everything into your weakness. Also, Dialga G doesn't slow T-Tar down much at all. Between normal attachment and Weavile alone, I can have T3 fully powered T-Tar.

Dusknoir X doesn't even hurt T-Tar. It has as much HP as Dusk X without having to level up, not to mention that Most T-Tar decks run 3 stadium.

why don't you try playing my list? You're just saying that because you think tyranitar is better. Tyranitar is pretty east to beat. All you bees to do is snipe and Dark Palm them until they had nothig left.

T-Tar has a huge advantage over Dusknoir. I vividly recall glancing over while cleaning up after the final game of Swiss at the match still going on beside me. The T-Tar deck literally cleared the field on his last turn. The other guy, running Dusknoir/Bronzong/Cress, had his active and 5 benched guys KOed on the same turn. The T-Tar player went on to win top cut that day too.

I've played Dusknoir a lot in competitive play and tested T-Tar extensively, both vs Noir and other stuff. If the T-Tar player is smart and has a good build he will win the vast majority of the time vs most Noir builds. T-Tar was the original reason I used Gliscor in VanderHatter. It made a huge difference in the T-Tar matchup. On the other hand Dialga G isn't going to hurt T-Tar nearly as much. T-Tar is just fine without it's body in play provided that it has Weavile for energy acceleration. Now *if* you get insanely lucky and flip 5-6 heads in a row to lost zone all their energy that might make a difference, but other than that Dialga is going to get creamed nearly as fast as Duskoir by a fully charged T-Tar.

On the other hand, I don't expect to see as much T-Tar at States. Many folks will worry about Machamp, Rampardos, and such ... or be more excited about G decks. I expect that a few folks will play it, but not so many, so your odds shouldn’t be too bad in that respect.
