Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Georgia Marathon.......

I, like many others in this thread already have, want to extend my deepest thanks to Gary and Greg for organizing this great event. I had the most fun I probably ever have in all the time I've played Pokémon. And I only went to 3 events. I hope next year's event will be even bigger and better. I know I'll be there with as many Chattanoogans as possible. And I'm excited to see Atlanta/GA/Alabama growing again. Back in the SBZ days, Atlanta was full of great Pokémon players. I can now say that they have surpassed those numbers at the height of the popularity.

This time Chattanooga even grabbed several 1st and 2nds in the Junior and Senior age groups. We're coming for GA! Still need to represent in the Masters. We came away with a couple of 3rds I think, but I'll take the blame for the lack of gold on myself. heh, I never have been able to compete with the big guys, but I still have fun. One of these days I'll stick to judging, but I still want to play.

So I'm sure I'll see you guys sooner, but I'm already looking forward to next year's GA marathon! Where I can play Pokémon for days on end with new and old friends.
 
Thanks for the Invasion Rick.....!!!!! I was expecting maybe 8-10.,. You blew it out of the
water with Good Players. Next year hopefully we will have more local players and
of course the Georgia Players will always be there. It is always good to see you Guys.

Thanks Bryan....I hope you can make more than 3 next year....They should be biger and
better. Greg and I have already made the plans.

Vic and I made it to all 10 and I think there were several that made 6,7 or 8.

I look forward to seeing Everyone at States, Regionals and Nationals in the near Future...

Nice job Vic and Gary. I played against Vic and gave him an unfortunate autoloss with my tech. He's a decent player though.

Vic has good days and bad days at playing..,All my playing is bad...That is why I run events
now... I can't think 4 turns ahead like you young guys do. Thanks for coming up Ryan and
bringing your friends with you...It was nice to meet all of you. Yes, we will be at the Florida
States and looking forward to it. Thanks for taking care of the Fragnito thing. Nick is a good
guy but didn't know but one side of the story. I had talked to both of them and I think it was
just a misunderstanding. You had taken care of Nick stirring the fire before I had time too.,
