Definitely. Sami Sekkoum, who plays at my league, and won nationals here used Absolutions. Cloyster doesn't help totally there, but it slows it down, for sure.
Now, I'm going to have to ask around about Lake Boundary for my meta. Last time I was at league was for the MT prerelease, so I didn't see many people's decks, but a few people were raving about Empoleon, so Lake Boundary won't help me much there...
