How to beat the Deck above you...

The deck above me is standard Kingdra.

4-3-4 Empoleon MD, 2-2 Tentacruel, 2-1-2 Omastar

Spread damage using Empoleon and Tentacruel. Use Tentacruel to limit Kingdra's Aqua Stream. Omastar for the multi-KO. Rinse & Repeat.

Dusknoir SF #1. Use Night Spin as many times as it takes to K.O. all of the Kingdras and swarm with Dusky #1. Level up to give your opponent harder decisions.

oooh that gave me an awesome idea for my dusky deck, many are using the kingdra techs.... awesome

Counter Deck= Mightank/Glaceon

Deal heavy damage early on. Bring in Glaceon Level X to finish the job and prevent Dusknoir Level X's effect.

night spin still works, the other effect with the energies isnt damage

RAMPARDOS'S ATTACKS's DAMAGE isn't affected by resistence pokepowers pokebodies or any other effects on the defending pokemon

first of all its rampardos doing damage to the opponent secondly even if it were the second effect of night spin isnt damage

Nightspin affects the damage from Ramparados' attack, and is thus nullified. It's like the Garchomp Lv. X-spawned Basic (with Power/Body preventing effects that alter damage) Vs. Mewtwo Lv. X argument.

To clarify it: the attack goes through.

switch ur mightank with glaceon and 1 hit it with magnezone.

Snipe the weaklings on the bench, and destroy their energy accel

Counter: PUMA-G (Pachi, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Glaceon)

Lock powers, and do all the fancy AMU stuff with Pachi to discard leftovers

Trying to step away from repetitive/obvious counters...

Counter deck: Gyarados MT/Cressalia GE (Lvl X) w/ Crobat G tech

Use Gyarados MT's Flail (from Magikarp beneath) to abuse weakness. Use Cressalia Lvl X to manage dmg counters on Gyarados and to deal out final blows for double-prizes. Use Crobat G to place counters early on for Cressalia to manage.

Counter: Flaming Power Lockdown (Mesprit/Glaceon/Rapidash/Heatran)

Use Mesprit to lock powers T1 and use Glaceon T2 and beyond. Use more Mesprit to continue power lock. Rapidash 2HKOs Dialga G with Heatran

Counter: Blissey

Blissey isn't affected by anything you do and has superior damage output. <33
 
Scizor/Cherrim/Shaymin Land Forme Lv.X.

Scizor runs no powers and superspeeds GG. Also Scizors are easy to replenish, while Gardys and Gallades take a while.

Continuing my counter-intuitive approach...

Counter deck: Metagross/Dialga G Lvl X

Uses Metagross's Pokepower to make your support pokemon vulnerable and Dialga G Lvl X to make their Pokepowers worthless. Attacks with either Dialga G Lvl X or Metagross (whichever is convenient) to knock out your pokemon with lower hp for the eventual win. [Multiple Metagross can make the switch power much more consistant.]

My Counter Deck = Skunktank SF w/ Moonlight Stadium / Mr. Mime w/ Q / 3-1 Mesprit LvX LA

Strategy = Keep evolving Skunky when active so Evolutionary Gas shuts off Scizor attacks attacking. Shut down Metagros powers w/ Mesprit + 4 Super Scoop ups. Mesprit LvX for healing away damage if ahead on prizes. Mr. Mime w/ Unown Q for free retreat makes sure I don't give up prizes while getting Skunkys set up if needed. Moonlight + 4 warp energy + 4 switch will enables me to move the Skunkies around so I'll be able to evolve everything in Active position. Hit them for 20+ poison when they can't attack back (if they retreat, they'll need to toss away attached energy) and then finish them w/ Plunder for 60.

It makes this thread MUCH easier to follow. There are some areas where the thread gets confusing. So, please, help us out and make a "Deck Above, My Counter, and My Strategy" division.
