Idea for a Gym Leader system

I know its been a while since anyone posted here but I am very interested in doing this. I have been a pokemon player since red and blue versions. I always wished I could battle for gym badges. I think personally that everyone participating must use lv 100 pokemon. It would take forever to have to train a team of lv 50s for this, but I would still do that if it had to be that way. Also, gym leaders should not have type themed teams. We have all beaten the games and we can handle bigger challenges. We are not on the same level as the cpu in the games and therefore are past learning the basics such as "dont make your team all one type" To make this worthwhile, I suggest the gym leaders make a team of 3 or 6 of their favorite pokemon. Each leader can converse with the other gym leaders in a special thread to be sure they arent using the same pokemon. Also I agree that after you aquire all 8 badges, you can then be eligible to participate in the pokemon league like in the anime. Perhaps the top 8, in that order, can create there own 8 "gyms" and start it all over again.

Yeah we just about have all the GL's rules laid out but there still time for them to be tweeked a little. The testers also have there rules just about set in stone, we're just refining some of them to make them easyer to understand. So Ill Bill if you want to try out for a GL spot you need to post a app in the link that Arcanine posted and we'll test you as well as the rest of the apps to see who gets the spots. We're just about ready to get all of this on the ball. So good luck to all that are trying out for the gym leader rolls.
