why is the slowbro so terrible?

its ability only lets it attack for half the game, lightning weak, high retreat cost, its attack would be ok doing 80 for 2 but it puts itself to sleep as well. a couple of these together would make a card medicore but all of them together make this card a waste of paper.

It's a joke. Take a look at slowpoke. lol Nothing more than that.

As far as the whole derailed issue goes, I'd like to make a point that you're looking at WoTC, and not TPCi. There's been allot of changes since Wizards left the game and comparing then to now is like night and day.

I'm kind of worried that there isn't a Special Dark in this set. If Undaunted gets rotated, there's a good chance we'll be left without it...

Special Dark/Metal are actually in CoL as well, I believe, but yeah, you bring up an interesting point there. Can't say I'd like to see them go, so I hope we get reprints soon enough.

Well, all the dark types get that Dark Fang card that gets them all +20 damage. I'm fine with special dark rotating.

Aerodactyl seems like a legit tech-in, especially in Dark decks seeing as it's a fighting type taking all Colorless that boosts overall damage.

This sets great, durant isn't a bother anymore a easy heatmor tech just kills it then a empoleon that attacks like jumpluff BUT has a built in drawpower just wow. I'm very happy upon the release of this set espeon kills ice-cream and cobalion man.

Yea but unless you are plauing Psychic are you really going to tech in an evee and an espeon in your deck just for this?

Where is a playable Vaporeon? *cries in corner*

Otherwise, the set looks good. Definitely trying out Empoleon at least.

I just need to find a good easily teched "hard" answer to Zekrom EX other than "Catcher up the eels and sweep" The new Electross creates a free KO on a benched mew as well.....

That translation about Twist Stadium speaks to "revived" pokémon. Our English Archen says "restored" pokémon.

Is there a game mechanic difference? I'm thinking not, but I don't have much history with the game.

Nope, no difference. In Japan, they're called "Revived". Here, they're called "Restored". Same thing.

wow empoleion is amazing i thought jumpluff was good but wow emopleion is even better. You will see cards like zekrom more played because of empoleion. I really like blaziken and tornadous ex and darkri ex also. I think darkri ex could be a real good attacker with the trainer card that can attach a dark energy on to him and the dark pokemon tool.

Empoleon will have a hard time in a format with Raikou EX. That´s really sad, because it sure has potential.

Another card that´s interesting is Accelgor. It could work with Vileplume/Sunflora.

I also like the new options for the darkness-type, such as Darkrai EX, Darkness Patch/Claw and Zoroark.

Overall, Dark Rush is a great set with many nice cards and I´m excited to see how this set will affect the Japanese format and especially Mewtwo EX in his leading position.
