Location of Worlds 2005

The turn out may not be as great if we do a Worlds overseas. Besides didn't Japan have there Nationals in Florida, it's probably best to keep it in the US.

But seriously, why not. Its another Orlando with all the the Theme Parks driving distance away without the " Temperamental Weather". We already host the biggest video game event in the world (E3).

But I guess I'm just being selfish... :D
 
OMG I would love to have it in LA! Dunno about the 8 hour plane flight though. x_x

New York would be my number one choice though :D
 
I in particular would love to have it in TX, but considering the weather sucks really bad here, there's no point. I just want it to be somewhere close by. But then I'm being selfish too, aren't I?
 
Well from what I heard(source will remain unnamed), it will NOT be Orlando next yr. This person just hinted that if you don't win a trip, it would cost MUCH more in 2005 than it did this yr. Gawd I hope that isn't true. I personally would like to see a return to Orlando or maybe Las Vegas(love it there). But either way, I would be pretty happy if it just stayed within the continental US. -SB21
 
I hope for Orlando again... NOt because I live here (well kinda), but just because of the other shtuffz around it.

Well I would think that it would remain in the contential us. My votes go for: San Diego, LA, St. Louis, Memphis, Nashville or San Antonio (Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, Sea World etc.) with 4 in Middle America coming in first since I think more people could attend.
 
Ok. my picks would be....

#1 Japan (Being the collector that I am... :D )
#2 New York (I live here & the Pokemon Center ;) )
#3 Hawaii (Eh.... no reason. :p )

If any one of them is listening....

Yes a news broad cast would say

But anyway i think it will be Flordia because it is a family place and everything.
 
C'mon over!

They can have it at my house. I'll even spring for Pizza for the staff.

Actually I'd like to have it in NY so we have an excuse to go to the Pokemon Center!
