4 beldums is a must, even if you only play 3 gross. right now i'm playing 4/2/2/1 gross dx/d. it's working cutely. i want 3 metagross dx though, so i might add one. idk.

Tego, I'm amazed you're finding this deck inconsistant. You have 10 good starts; 4 Casty, 4 Beldum, 2 Lati@s. With 8 Mentor you have around a 60% chance of starting with 1, although I agree it's hard without one if you don't get a casty start. Still very consistant.

Mr.PMS is slow, inconsistant and then when its called MSNBC and is posted in gym says its super consistant :mad: I dont think 60 percent is consisant, that means 40 percent of the time your going to be a trouble. So this version actually is somewhat inconsistant and this is coming from a person who LOVES THE DECK!!!! I have been playing it for how many months now? lol Anywho it should play Scizor ex. Scizor ex makes the banette match almost a auto win and makes the flygon and delta match up super easy as well. Steelix is great dont get me wrong i have 1-1 in my deck and its great and all but Scizor ex is just too good in this format. How cant you like it? I think cause of how people remember it being beaten by lbs in the last format gives it a bad rep
 
where does the 'N' go in MSNBC if no queen? Queen is staple of this deck. I agree with spoinkmaster, 4-2-3 is the way to go IMO.

Did you "lose" or did time run out?


I can see queen being good, I just use elm instead.
Reason is if you only play 1-2 researcher to get queen, if queen is unable to search, you have lost a lot of momentum.

I forget who said they took out Meta DS, but this is to them.

Delta Control + Invitation helps so much. It gets me set up so fast. I usually get either of those going by T3 the latest, it's usually Invitation because it helps a little more. I also use Queen almost every battle to attack later on. Metagross DS also help alot because the lightning type helps alot.

and 4-2-4 Metagross is needed, which is why Meta DS is good because you dont really need 4 DX ones.

IMO, perhaps having a phoebe's stadium would be good. It give metagross a diet so that it can retreat 4 free!
 
With the release of delctty in power keeper, which is reprint of delcatty in R/S, do you think that it is a good replacement for queen? Then you will have one more slot, less pokemon weakness to psychic and being a colorless pokemon(against dragon pokemon). Furthermore, metagross's super connectivity can get back the energy discarded. Well, of course, if you play delcatty, you have to play petm or celio to get metagross and steelix out.
