It reset me too, but notice you're accumulating tokens? That never used to happen before. Looking forward to PTCGO, but I hope the real version is an application. For some reason, being in a browser window does NOT feel stable (constantly worried about hitting back, refresh, or stop by accident... would be DISASTROUS in a tournament).
 
Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the beta will not allow the legal move of playing a card that fails (i.e. full heal when nothing is affected by a special condition).

probably because that isnt a legal move. you CAN'T play a card to no effect.
 
No, failing to find a card in your DECK is OK, because your DECK is not public knowledge.

For Example:
You can't play a Junk Arm if there are no trainers in your discard pile, because the discard piles are PUBLIC knowledge.

Click on Compendium Rulings in the upper right corner of pokegym.net and scroll down to Meta Rulings:

You cannot play a card if it is public knowledge that it will have no game effect. Paying a cost does not satisfy the requirement that the card has a game effect. (Jan 31, 2008 PUI Rules Team; Mar 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

I think the AI could use some serious tweaking. I know it's not supposed to be high-caliber, top cut quality, but still. Using a Life Herb on a Pokemon with 110 HP... that has ONE damage counter on it. Using a Full Heal, and the EVOLVING THE SAME POKEMON. Using Dual Ball/Pokéball, and then Professor Oak's New Theory/Copycat without putting the card they searched for down. :/ Searching for evolutions of cards they don't have! (For example, searching for Machamp when they've got 2 Sandshrews and an Onix...) Really? The people who play this may be learning from watching their opponents. We don't want to teach them stuff that isn't helpful.
 
What I noticed when it reset is that now you are actually getting awarded Points/tokens whatever for each game you win, instead of that screen that said something to the effect of 'if this counted youd get:'
 
I thought Blue Screen of Death was a thing of the past, but twice I got one saying "Error: RE failure: Rules Engine has died"

Conveniently, it happens when I'm about to win...

I do think it's odd that they are playing cards from storm front. Makes me hopeful for September...
 
What's really annoying me is that any moves that don't directly affect the Active Pokemon just happen without notice. I wondered why two of my Benched Pokemon randomly disappeared, looked at the Defending Pokemon; it used an attack that does 40 damage to 2 Benched Pokemon. :(

I unlocked my Blue Assult theme deck on the pokemon website and most of the good cards are taken out and replaced with garbage. What's this all about?
