Clint used a Dragonite d ex deck with Flydon d.

Well, that was last week. Looking at the cards spread throughout the house it's anyone's guess what he'll play with next.

Oregon has lots of good card players. don't forget Shawn's sons. They are always in the top cut (11-14 group). Eleki just moved up in age too. Like Phazon said, no one used to care who was "good" until recently. Don't forget "Spirit of the Game", and have fun.

What happened to this thread?

Let's get some stuff out of the way:

@ Randomman - If you have a problem with how the tournaments are run, take it up with BDS. He's the one who has the power to change things.

@ any and all Washington players - The number of 'real' players in Washington and Oregon is somewhere between 2 and 4. It depends on if you want to count Thor and Chris.

Maybe I should put that line back in my sig.

"The only real player in Oregon"

Okay so that mean's that there will never be a decant tournament in Oregon(got to move to a state that will have decency at tournament's) and as for your sig idea it will never work since you support martin the moron you would be a hypocrite "real players don't support lucky moron's."

I actually know who he is, and I am a bit surprised to see that he has such a huge problem with the way we run our tournaments. He has never once talked to me about it at a tournament, although I would really prefer to have players do that instead of posting a bunch of critical statements on a message board. In any case, if Mr. M wants to discuss the horrible way we run things he is welcome to talk to me about it any time.

BDS

I'm not sure what randomman's problem is, but I actually appriciate the way BDS and Co. run tournaments down in Oregon. I have been to a couple (big ones) and they seemed to run smoother then some of the tourneys up here in Washington. I seriously hope that the big wigs in charge of Oregon's tournaments don't listen to the one(s) bashing them, and instead continue to run the tournaments their way, as I have had fun with each visit I make to that state down there. See you Oregonians at Regionals, maybe even a little sooner perhaps.

Oh, and one last thought to leave on some people's minds,

"The grass isn't always greener on the other side"

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't BDS usually perform as the Head Judge at Worlds?

*thinks he is correct, but is too tired to know*

One could only imagine. Apperantly, the world over considers BDS to be a pretty swell guy, at least in terms of running tournaments.

Like you said before Phazon, BDS is the god of Pokemon...

...tournaments. As long as he's making the tournaments as awesome as they already are, no one will hear any complaints from me.

Do you guys even play pokemon anymore?

yeah, but we're like the ghosts of christmas past. BTW, grats on winning

And I support the way Oregon tourneys are ran, I think its great and especially the younger kids love it. I dunno whether I'm happy or sad that I don't play gameboy tourneys anymore, but lvl 100 takes too long and i guess my attention span doesn't last that long lol. Anyone remember my dusclops =)

And trevor, yeah, all their bases are belong to us, even if they don't know it yet.

Cheers!

Dude, we should start a BDS fan club.

Oh wait, there's already one: The Pokegym.

XD

I don't get what the problem is. BDS's tourneys are awesome. Randomman is probably just blowing it out of his butt.

No Daniel R is not an Oregon player, because he is a Washington player. He is a Washington player because he lives North of the Columbia River just like everyone else who lives in Washington. Its not our fault that Washington players are so much better at Pokemon
