Although I will not be in attendance, Oregon States will begin the event EVERYONE has been waiting for.....
THE OPTWOBFNSNSBN (The Official Pokemon TCG Washington-Oregon Battle For Northwest Superiority Not Sanctioned By Nintendo).
Btw, I did NOT even need to go back and look up what the accronym meant. ;p
In the three big Northwest events, Oregon states, Washington states, and Northwest Regionals, the two states will do battle and score points. Each age division winner gets a point for their state. (if someone out of state wins, it goes to 2nd place and so on until we have a WA/OR player). So there are 9 points at stake.
If you spend considerable time in each state, you may be given the choice of representing both states, and if you win would give .5 to each state. Final decisions on who rightfully is a representative of Washington or Oregon are made by the OPTWOBFNSNSBN director (me) as decided at the 2004 Vancouver Convention.
Any disputes to the scoring of the OPTWOBFNSNSBN will follow the OPTWOBFNSNSBN appeals process, with a national panel as the final means of appeal as stated at the 2004 Vancouver Convention.
Washington has won all 3 years of the OPTWOBFNSNSBN. Last year's score was WA 7.5 OR 1.5
Will Washington's dominance continue? Or will Oregon close the gap and pull the upset?
No.What if a Washington farmer is Washingtons of corn stalks. Any way we can throw carrots at him and tell him to raise Big Macs instead of crunchy, delicious innuendo?
I don't get it, nor do I have it.
Kenshin's Gardy is Tyler Ninomura, he typed that Tyler Ninomara was going to idaho =\
